Cut the 10 and 12 welds...see the depth of penetration...I bet the 10 stick is alot deeper than the 12 one and would actually be a usable/valid weld...800/10 = 80amps per stick if they were all arching at the same time.
Do a few weld preps on some 1-1.5" at 90 degrees and butt joints and stuff and see how well it penetrates and makes a bead.
All I gotta say is DANG what a huge arch and wall of smoke!
That big ol' welding rig can sure sling some metal and make some sparks...and it didn't even bog down...just kept on howling begging for more!!!!

Reminds me of 35 years ago welding up the kelly bar on the Big Stan drill rig. I air arc 5" x 6" V and welded it shut. I was using 1/4 rod with a gas powered miller 400 dc on a trailer, that was 20 years older than me. The stinger would get so hot burning just 1 rod, that I split the stinger and had 1 stinger soaking in 5 gal bucket of water and welding with the other. That old miller 400 would be lugged down so far burning thru 1 rod the doors were rattling and it was hopping around on the trailer.

I wonder, how thick a piece of steel could you burn through with 6010 @800amps? I have used 6010 to cut steel, its not nice but it does the job when you get stuck! Great video and idea young man!
