I don’t plan my goals despite taking it seriously the past couple years. One thing I’ve been meaning to do is journal with Wordpress on my domain and beltchecker . Not to get subscribers and interactions but hold myself accountable. If people find it somehow and leave relevant comments, that would be cool too.
I have pull out a huge sheet maybe 2 feet long by one foot high, and divided it into columns with offense, defense, top bottom. Here's the interesting part that you haven't mention, though you way is also very good. My chart board is drawn since 2016, which means that I force myself to revisit some good old moves and techniques, at times, delete some, add tweaks to what I already know. Exaemple: guard retention: taken from jiujitsu university. 2016. But my tests of it have failed miserably, then years and years, got down to Brandon McCagren retention. What an improvement. Then right just about recently, Andre galvao rentetion. Leap and bound in my guard retention. So I erase the Saulo Ribeiro retention, and draw in the board the ones used by Brandon and Galvao. Went from 4/10 to a decent 7/10 with Brandon's way, the a 8/10 with Galvao, and planning a 9/10 with a combination of guard retention mixed with a Nik Rod approach where you literally attack the guard passer before jhe can even knee slice. 10/10 isn't bragging if I shoot for the stars cause I've been grappling for a decade, shame on me if I cant have a 10/10 retention. That is just for my rentetion, do you imagine how I mapped out other columns ?
Im defiantly going to structure my plan like this. 😂 could i screen record the free training? Ill be doing judo at that time so i would have to watch it later
How do you plan out your goals?
You should build a printable PDF model of this. This is a great idea.
There might be a special gift for those that attend the training 😊
@@ChasenHill Good thing I am registered haha
