Finally went CMG for my 10yo son's first real chain. Customer service is amazing. They cut a 24 inch 10K 5MM they had in stock and the price was the best hands down for the weight (45G). You can't go wrong with CMG.

Nice man perfect size. I just ordered a 10k white gold 7mm from CMG 2 days ago. I got it engraved too. I know its holiday season so I've prepared myself to be patient, Thinking I might not get it until after the new year. Your comment section got me a little paranoid but you cannot rush handmade stuff like this. You cannot find ANY genuine white gold reviews for Miami Cuban Link chains on RUclips they are literally non existent but it's what I prefer. I will make a review of the unboxing as soon as I get it & let everyone know the overall honest experience I had. Anyway, Thanks for the review man & congrats on the awesome chain!

@@GOODFELLA-uk6rz I got mine from CMG and I haven't had any issues with the box lock at all BUT see that is also why I ordered a 24" so that when I take it off and on I can slide it up over my head & I don't even have to mess with the box lock at all. My chain is absolutely beautiful & I'm going to make a video in the next day or so. I haven't taken it off since I got it & I work 5 days a week in a machine shop & this chain is SHININ like the day I got it.

I have one of their bracelets I got two years ago. Amazing quality. I want one of the necklaces, but now that they accept "Affirm" for payment, their prices went WAY up to cover for this. I've been keeping track of their prices for the last year so. Hopefully when the time comes, they will negotiate a little bit. Because I can't hang with those new prices LOL.

Great video I'm not gonna lie, their links look the best but their box locks I believe are casted. I'm worried about running into a issue with the box lock after wear and tear. Have you had any issues with it locking or it being loose?

Man i ordered with them 3 months ago witch according to them it should have been done then i email them about it i get an email every 3 days and get the run around not this fri next fri guess what next fri came and went so 14 weeks all they kept telling me is 12 weeks is an estimate so i gave up and asked for a refund witch they did with no problem honestly i dont even think they started mine after 14 weeks of holding my money and me waiting

Yes right above that. They will quote you the estimated grams for the dimensions you want and charge you for it, however after the product is finished they will weight it again and either return money if is less grams then quoted or charge more if is more grams. Usually not that big of a difference.
