- Arvind Kejriwal challenged his arrest and remand before the Supreme Court after the Delhi high court had earlier dismissed his plea in the matter. The court first heard Kejriwal's counsel, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, after which they threw 5 big questions to the Enforcement Directorate which the agency's counsel needs to answer on the next date of hearing which is 3rd May. This is not the time for asking questions/ answers but the Hon'ble Court should take immediate decision.

Without any proper evidence how can any agency arrest CM of Delhi. They should know how important the position of Chief Minister according to the Constitution. ED should not work as a puppet to the center especially at the time when Lok Sabha Elections dates were announced

Its no surprise that ED ,CBI ,EC , major news channels are all biased towards modi . If you are citizens first is it not your responsibility to perceive the situation from a neutral stance ? Wasn't the first summons from ED issued in 2023? Several months before his arrest. Then they issued 9 more summons which CM Kejriwal didn't bother to respond to. He only appeared before the ED after the High Court ordered him to. Clownish question from SC.
.he should be out of JAIL, released, the court should take a decision instead of asking QUESTION.
There shouldn’t be specific timing for arrest of a corrupt, the agency can arrest when they feel arrest is necessary
