Pricey, cheap, massive, tiny. You name it, I have rented it. Along the way I’ve had some absolute dream tenants… and also had someone call me saying there were ghosts in the walls.
But as a result of all this experience I’ve figured out how to avoid the most common mistakes when renting out a property and haven’t had a truly awful experience for a long time - touch wood.

I'm about to rent my first flat which I currently live in. I have had a look at prices nearby and I have tried to put it on the market for the highest (maybe even too high) just to see what responses I get. I have had it up for a week and have two viewings booked in. I'm thinking of maybe reducing the price by £50-£100 to increase the number of viewings, rather than having to pick from a smaller group, also not sure what these two that are booked in will be like. What's your thoughts ? I'm in a very desirable area so I should get a lot of viewings if I had very a competitive price.

I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a invt-coach, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a invt-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 1.5million
