AI as any system is not to be TRUSTED! AI is a method to extract data. YES it does matter the people behind that AI in how that data is extracted and where it gets that data.
Dude your video was an informative wake up call for me. I screened all my data. Any suggestive data any porn or pic I thought could be questionable I removed. I basically cleaned my data. Organized it. Removed data and put it on secure devices and platforms running Linux and don’t connect to the internet. Instead of buying a new Mac mini I’m buying one prior to all this AI crap. I will use AI on devices which I could hand over to a child to use. I removed any porn from all PC’s and deleted Copilot off my gaming PC. I took your videos as a hey idiot wise up. lol. And I appreciate your warning. It made me be more responsible. And to be less trusting of these tech companies. .

I found a somewhat hidden log containing all my prompts to ollama installed and running on my Linux system. Not a big deal since I was just asking about ollama's knowledge of the Linux file system. ollama had told me during a second session that it did not remember anything of the first session yet this log contained every prompt from both sessions. My internet connection was disconnected during that time so I don't know if ollama tried to go online or not. I can't help wondering what it intended to do with the log file which I deleted just on general principles.
Besides all the great information, I worried more about people as a society because for that people all companies and governments do all this, if people are more educated this can't be possible.
Question, sorry if you already answered this. If you exchange messages with someone who uses an Ai do the agents they use record and profile you who does not use Ai. If this makes sense.

Correct, AI is just a multiplier of the danger. It makes existing spyware and remote control of your device more efficient and practical. It reduces the amount of data to transfer or analize. It also allows flexible remote control. The real problem are closed source OS that control all system calls and, therefore, can spy on them or block them for their vendor, not for the user.
