The fact that VW actually made a Cup car from the factory to go racing, that alone is a big deal. I come from the BMW world (E30s mostly) and as a general rule, any car the factory creates a motorsport version for racing, is a very good sign.

Absolutely love this showing a story behind a build Absolutely clean cracking build very focused and fun to drive u don't need 300 - 600 hp to smile if u can drive a slow car fast you'll always be winning ppl with high powered cars rely too much on the power rather than talent and bollox

Such a cool car! Rumour had it at the time that VAG stopped producing the Lupo because the platform was too expensive to build. Looks ace in red.

Great little cars
I have owned mine a 2001 moon silver 5 speed Gti for 8 years now! Although it is completely standard still! It’s more refined than a mk1 golf Gti but just as fun 👍🏻
