    High rises will see 40-50% correctiin dont buy high rise. Banks will Auction these unsold high rise inventort at 40-50% duscount if anybody interested in high rise.

    Lot of new high rises are going to complete by 2026 then after you will see reduce in rental demand

    I am planning to buy flat in Haffezpet vasavi they are quoating 8200 per sft but landlards are selling their flat around 7600 with amenties , is it a good investment please suggest

      Thank you fpr your response, As per Rera they are going to deliver as 80 percent construction completed and quality is also decent but now I am concerned with price is that price is ok to purchase a flat in Hafeezpet area under this conditions in gated community please suggest.​@@StoriesBySiva

    I don't see any feasibility to buy an apartment despite earning 1 lakh per month. An apartment is costing 1 cr which will take 1 lakh emi

    I am planning to buy a 3bhk in nizampet/miyapur in ready to move state.. but the builders are not willing to reduce the price.. can i wait for few months?

      It’s going to be a wait and watch game, where you might wait for a lower price to buy, just like builders are hoping the market will recover. If you're buying for yourself, you can go ahead, but you might also want to look at other options in the same price range to compare construction quality.

    You are telling builders in west are quoting high price than actual cost. Please advise how to convince builders like myhme, rajapushpa, prestige etc or any other builders to come down their prices to 45%.

      In basic economics, a halt in purchases leads to decreased demand, impacting various other elements, which could have devastating consequences, although such scenarios are unlikely in real-time situations.

      @StoriesBySiva Purchasing under construction flat from unreputed builder is always risky though it is has RERA and HMDA approvals. We suffered a lot to get flat even after paying 100% payment. Ready to move is OK.

    Hyderabad Real Estate will diffinately grow if RRr Regional Ring Road Project started means 350 kms stretch 6 Lane road it's in process gng on probably by October or November work ll start this year

      Already the prices are too high. There is nothing grow new here. By saying RRR they have already exploited the investors money. Now investors and customers won’t believe all these things
