What do you think is missing from the Offline mode?
The fact that the whole program works better, or faster in offline mode. Everything is just more... spiffy. And snappy. I spend most time in offline mode and switch online only occasionally for specific purposes or to quickly upload the latest designs. I have a decent machine but it gets clogged sometimes in online work, due to all additional communication to the cloud. Two weeks time is enough to comfortably work although... if it was maybe three weeks? Could be even better?

It should be a fully featured program available in offline without a time limit. If you already have the hardware you should be able to use it, especially for trivial things like file conversion. It is nice that there is an option for cloud computing but it should not be the forced option.
I hate online program. I would prefer to get the Offline 100% of the time and get updates from time to time only.
"I think it's really cool that it offers this..." software should always work offline, no matter what. We shouldn't be limited to be connected to the internet to be able to work with a program.
Clouds are a "no go" for me..

That "Two Weeks" can be extended by going into the preferences and changing it. At one time the default setting was 60 days. It's still best to get back online sooner rather than later though......

Agreed, the cache settings can be beyond two weeks which controls how long you keep a project ready in cache. But if you stay offline consistently beyond 14 days you will get an error that forces you to go online.

When i tried to open mine it said "Error connecting to server " and just never opened. Idk why

how can we bulk export drawing files that contain the part files? this is normal protocol in other cad programs like inventor?
Right now, Autodesk is offline. I can't open files from USB drive or export what I have done. As far as I'm concerned, offline mode is of very little use. I can save as mesh, but that's all, and I wouldn't want to work on anything complicated, if I can't save as f3d or step.
is there a different offline mode for paid users? I heard about some machine shops using fusion in some offline mode because they were doing government or department of defense work or stuff like that.
I get "Working offline - outtage detected" right now in there, how often are the Autodesk Servers down and is there anything i can do to go back online again?
Really any feedback will help me greatly, as of now i have this since 3 hours.

Most CAD tools. Solidworks, Inventor, Pro-E, Catia and more.
You can export files. There's also a directory that the files get stored in locally before uploading i think. If you can set a watch script to that directory, you could then copy the file elsewhere on the local hard drive.
Can we perform simulation in offline mode of fusion 360 . Without our cloud credit points being used??
Don't think so. You need cloud computing to compute the simulation.
Imagine waiting on the 'cloud' to export to .stl...
