Mahni Cassonade is a true gourmand. To me it smell like freshly made waffle cones in the beginning but settles into a beautiful vanilla cozy. I haven't tried wearing it to work as it might be too much for my job
I wore Baklava to work yesterday. Good lord. (The last time I was hounded like this was Ambrosia Imperiale.) Women were hunting for who smells so good. Today, everyone from other floors who didn’t get a chance to “smell me…” but heard about the fragrance did today. One of my coworkers, bought her friend from another floor. I gave out the link to the perfume multiple times. I have to wait for Mahni to get back in stock. I missed the entire boat because of a last minute business trip.

Sadly, Mahni Cassonade didn't work for me. I sold mine on Mercari. I thought I would absolutely love it, and I didn't. I purchased to support but it's not what I was expecting. I just ordered a sample of Baklava Royale and I can't wait to try it. I'm not a orange blossom fan so I'll see it if I like it.
I LOOOOVE you Cheraye! You’re a girl’s girl and I just respect everything that you do! You’re the reason I started collecting fragrances . But to your note about baklava, it’s a middle eastern dessert and it’s sticky with honey and nuts. They eat it a lot in my father’s country as we have a lot of Arab culture mixed in with North African culture where he’s from. Greek culture is famous for making this dessert as well. I own the Ylang in Gold too but my bottle is clear with golden flakes. It’s a beautiful fragrance ! I have Mancera instant crush too it definitely is different enough to include IF you like the BR540 vibe but what something a little different . It’s a bit more of a citrusy and spicy cousin just like Montale crazy in love is a more rosey brown sugar cousin of BR540. I’ll def check out the navitus fragrances. You’re the second person who reviewed those two and gave great reviews so now I’m intrigued!

I want to get my hands on Sharida's perfume. It's a higher price point than what i usually pay but I've heard all good things. Sweet gourmands is up my alley. I wear chocomusk oil to the gym and I always have people smelling me and telling me I smell like icecream and cookies. It doesn't turn stinky when you're sweaty, which is a bonus. Also my ex said he used to smell the bed and pillow because it smelled like cookies. 😂
SOTD: Gris Charnel Extrait. It’s cold here! I just ordered Vanilla Powder. Early reviews were very mixed but thankfully I tested it on skin at Saks and I had to get it. Everything that Matiere Premiere does is quality. Radical Rose is the rose no one talks about but it’s my favorite.
SOTD: Lovin Spoonful, For the Scent of it...and then I got my full bottle of Hundred Silent Ways in the mail and had to spray lol... Sharidas perfume looks soooo good!! She's amazeballs

Does anyone find that by letting their Navitus perfumes suit that they get stronger? I just got BR yesterday and it is so weak! For an extrait, it doesn’t perform like one. 6 sprays and it’s a skin scent. Pretty disappointed. I also got VOL and that smells like all of the many Lost Cherry dupes that are everywhere.
OK-OK! 😆 I had a sample way back like 2021 wore it in the Summer. Thoughts on how it projects/staying power in the Fall/Winter? The synthetic trail is what puts me off to buying a full bottle. I have a little bit of Juicy Flowers but fell out of like with it 😅
