Very nice !! I did diploma in culinary from Polytechnic institute several years ago in Bangalore . It definitely has helped me. As you said it takes lot of interest and imagination . Lately I have learnt so many dishes watching Chentan Rao , Ismail and Ahalya Bai amma. Good to know about these. Admired the young chef speaking in Kannada. Didn’t like others who did not attempt in speaking kannada.
