I actually really like this interpretation of Isha. I think she is heavily overshadowed as a remnant of Powder, and I do see why. However, you are right. She is actually helpful; unlike Powder (In the sense that what she does actually makes a positive impact, I am a huge Powder stan so it is kinda hard for me to say her actions are negative, but they are 😔). This is a great video though, can't wait to see more >:)
YES! I see Isha as a paralell and foil to Podwer. She is brave, daring, fierce and effective, but also a kid in need of protection. Which is probably why she is so competent, she HAD to be. While Powder had Vi, Isha was left to fend forherself as far as we know. I absolutely love her. I love her dynamic with Jinx, who I was not a fan of up until Isha's introduction btw. And now I am heartbroken. I can't think about her story without at least shedding a few tears.
