When the Turtles trailer was shown at the theater when I was 5 years old I yelled out, "I love being a turtle!" The audience all laughed. I don't remember this happening, but my dad told me about it.

I've watched this movie more times in my 30s than I did as a kid...and believe me, I burned through my VHS in the 90s.
I think I have too. When I turned 36 in Feb while I waited for friends to come over I had this movie on followed by the sequel while we ate pizza. They really need to release an uncut version on blu ray!

Raph was THE turtle!!!! An absolutely legendary character and one of my favorite childhood movie memories!!!!!
Alright I watch this thing religiously when I was little. My sister worked at the movie theater so I got to see it anytime I wanted. I recorded the movie on those mini audio cassette just to listen to it anytime I wanted. I had to have perfect sound with no distractions otherwise I would start the movie all over again and start recording from the beginning. I honestly have no idea how many times I have watched TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA. Watching it at home, the theater, listening to it on audio.. was the defining movie me.
I could talk about that movie so much. I remember tearing up when Leonardo and Raphael hugged.

My favorite turtle was Donatello from the cartoon series. But as far as the live action movie, I did like raphael more than the rest but it was because he was struggling with some inner demons like 'anger' and that's something I can relate to as well.

Definitely raph was the best turtle from the live action movie, he got the most character development and his attitude work perfectly for live action. This is amazing that they are doing this for 30 year anniversary, I've loved this movie even being 30 years old myself I can still enjoy it to this day as the subtle comedy gets better with the years.
