- Hello from beautiful Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! Today is day 3 on our Disney Cruise aboard the Disney Wonder! Today was a relaxing day by the adult-only pool enjoying sunshine and drinks! We also did the martini tasting and Palo dinner before ending the day watching fireworks at sea with friends!

Probably something to do with Disney haha. My wife and I are Disney lovers like you two. Love the positivity you two bring with all of your videos. A huge thumbs up for properly pronouncing Palo! You're one of the few vloggers that does! I hope you taught the Zachman's to do the same! I prefer Palo for brunch with the buffet which I hope returns. I don't like Palo for dinner because I like the dinner "shows" in the MDRs! So pleased you had fireworks!
Loved this! Cabo was such a relaxing and chill day staying on the ship. We will for sure not miss trivia next cruise. So good to see Palo dinner - not sure what things will be like next year, but I think we want to do it on the Fantasy. Bummed to hear the selections are less and all the added costs, But the $45 prefix menu actually looks pretty amazing! And the fireworks, match your mate, and our after party on deck 9 was definitely one of our highlights of the cruise!

My husband and I went to explore Merritt Island in Florida and crossed over the bridge where the port is and sitting in port was The Disney Dream. I was thrilled, it was my first ever Disney cruise ship sighting.
Cinnamon toast crunch shots are the shot me and my friends do all the time so yummy!

We took a completely different approach at Palo and ordered ala cart. We enjoy everything we ordered. That salad was amazing! I think the game plan for next time is to have one person order the prefix menu and one ala cart and share everything. It was so good. I’m sure our perspective is going to be a little different than yours since it was our first time.
Congratulations on your first trivia win! Good tip - eat before drink tastings. Nice that so many of you got to gather together for the fireworks.
Would you recommend Palo over main dining to someone who has never done it before? Is it worth the $45 in your opinion? We are planning a cruise next year, just wondering if we should sign up for that or not.

It was so wonderful that we got together for the fireworks. And the funny thing is that it just naturally happened. Cam and Laura were there first and then we got there and then people just kept joining us. It was wonderful!

The Palo menu seems to work just like Seattle’s restaurant week. I would be ok doing that as long as I went in with that mindset

A shame they changed Palo so much. But then, back when I was at DCL.. Palo upcharge was only 15 USD for all the food XD

Love seeing the cruise vlogs! That said, I was hoping you’d show the legglifers that were there too. You mention talking to and spending time with them but haven’t really had them on the vlogs. Not a complaint!!! Just was hoping to learn who some of the others in the group were. I see their names in comments or on lives and was curious. Hopefully I can join in the next cruise. Love watching your content, it truly helped me relax and keep the faith and have hope for post COVID travels. I also miss DCL so much.
Yeah, vlogging other people is difficult because not everyone wants to be on RUclips the way that we do. If we’re not totally sure that it’s something they are ok with, we choose to honor them by not showing them.

Question about Palo dinner during the “current times”: Are you required to get the $45 fixed menu or can you just order ala carte? Do you know if there a minimum per person? I’ve always avoided Palo dinner because I’m a picky eater and didn’t think I could justify the cost.
What about the Halloween costumes?
Wait...so...could you order at Palo something that cost less than the $45/person? Or is there a minimum purchase? Also...look at me! Catching up!!

Polo looks a bit pricey for a cruise ship dinner. $90 plus $22 for a antipasto no than you.

Very disappointed to hear about Palo. Cost of a Disney cruise v other cruises ( including high end cruiselines eg Crystal and Oceania). Paying $45 for that. Then add on and $62 for steak👎👎👎. Absolutely terrible. Just dosent seem right. Not worth it at all.
