I don´t give a damn if its technically less perfect or slightly off here and there, which it isn´t , you guys doing your thing live and loving it is sooo much groovier.... can somebody help me? its a stupid question i know, but does Devron plays the bass notes with his left hand or his feets? i constantly seeing him playing with left hand, but stepping on the footpedals too. does he plays the same bass melody with left hand and his feet simulteanously just an octave below, or whats happening here?
the group came to be because of delvon's wife who also manages him. and jimmy james, the guitarist, plays in the true loves and in delvon's trio independently i guess, neither is his own band as far as i know. all i know he is a hell of a guitar player

This is how Ray Manzarek played the bass lines for The Doors in concert. Studio albums had a session bassist, but apart from that Ray did it all, two hands on the keys, two feet on the pedals. These are the traits of a great jazz organist playing in a rock/blues/R&B genre. If you want to see how it's properly done, search for Jimmy Smith jazz albums in RUclips who is the master of this domain.

he uses both. UNderstanding a little bit of foot bass playing, he is using the bass pedal just for some notes and for adding rythm patterns
