I enjoyed all her work thus far; and yes, she does seem to be well suited playing "high and mighty" roles; and when I see that, I always hope the artist does not take their fame too seriously and act like that in real life. But rude, controlling behavior is just that, and it's hard to fake if that is not truly your personality. If word gets out that it is how you are then of course no one will want to cast you in their movies and other artists may not want to deal with you or take that chance of ending up in a problematic situation that ends up on the news. "Obsessed". That's one way to sweep this under the carpet. Being a celeb doesn't make narcissistic, controlling and bullying behaviour acceptable. No one is perfect, no one expects any fellow human to be perfect, but according to you, there is no line to be drawn between imperfection and abusive behaviour. Some of you are so detached from reality when it comes to celebs, it's little wonder we live in a world where there's one rule for the rich and famous, and another for the rest of us. Now, some of these Koreans are treated harshly. Like, the ones that lose everything because they had the audacity to date someone. That is fucked up. People should be able to date who they want. But bulling and controlling behaviour should always be called out. You having this weird idolization over a stranger, who you will never meet or know, doesn't change awful behaviour. Just means you're the very thing you're accusing others of, an obsessive fan that can see no wrong.

She was every bit as bad as he was. It's what's known as a toxic relationship. She also has previous. But you're coming across as the usual star struck fangirl, refuse to believe these people can bully and intimidate others. Does she deserve another chance? Yeah, why not. But she has to learn from past mistakes and accept she made those mistakes. They have this weird quirk in Korea, where they apologise without actually apologising. No idea if that comes from the actors themselves or from their agents, but it usually means the past victims don't get closure. This was all out before she even got famous, but no one paid any attention to it because she wasn't famous. When she got famous, her victims were then scolded for just airing their beefs because the person in question had now hit the big time. Some victims can't win whatever they do.

I enjoyed all her work thus far; and yes, she does seem to be well suited playing "high and mighty" roles; and when I see that, I always hope the artist does not take their fame too seriously and act like that in real life.
But rude, controlling behavior is just that, and it's hard to fake if that is not truly your personality. If word gets out that it is how you are then of course no one will want to cast you in their movies and other artists may not want to deal with you or take that chance of ending up in a problematic situation that ends up on the news. Being "type casted" into a certain type of role is real & happens often, but so does being casted and a bad seed no one wants to work with.
Divorce, affairs, mental breakdowns, maybe an addiction of some type; those are not things for us to trash someone over. Our society is just now INGRAINED to be nasty, negative drama queens with the highest degree of gossip skills with far to much reach. People that had some mental or depression issues already in them have died partly over being bullied online or falling under the pressures WE put on them, that no human could possible live up to! WE do that to them. Then when they fail or trip, we move in for the kill collectively. Not everyone's singing or acting style is everys cup of tea. Who cares.
She is incredibly talented & she really captures the emotions and movements of her roles. Her 'add libs' and facial expressions are awesome. I pray she can correct whatever behaviors she may have fallen into. We are all capable of change if we put the work in. Hopefully she can and get back to doing was she does best.
Side note: Even after a decade of only watching K-J-C dramas, I still do not understand the power netizens have, and how they control the entertainment industry, or why some of the things artists get caught up in are considered "scandals", and not just just as things in their personal lives.
