Hey Craig! I’m just curious about fasting with food, how long can you go without eating or drinking and not hurting yourself? Or is it 21 days

@@paytonmiller13 Great question! Consult a doctor of course. But I believe 3 days without water. And quite a bit of time without food- depending on who you are and your health. Moses, Jesus and many others have gone 40 days without food. The probably drank water though. 21 days is simply the length of our fast! You could go completely without food. But thats not necessarily what we're asking. I suggest reading the fasting booklet and praying form there!
