I am so broken, I have no strength left to fight. I have tried to do everything I think God asked me to and I still will, but I have cried endless it seems. I am single mom, my husband has a child by another woman, I am financially struggling, I have had two surgeries from a tumor in my throat and been without a home to call our own 2 times. "Day and night, I cried out to u for help, but thou hearest not!" Psalm 22. "I ask for bread, u give me a stone. I ask for fish, u give me a serpent!" This is who god is to me. All I ever get from him is pain, heartache, and disappointment. Some times he will give me exactly what I need, but then he will take it away. Every time.
I understand perfectly. Been praying for something that people takes for granted or have it easy. It's very hard having bouts of happiness to then worry or something will go wrong to bring back to the place of discontent, grief and sadness. It's a never ending deal and you ask God, why? It is not your fault that you're in a situation that you feel stuck. But only you can get out of this rut. You have to focus on yourself, you have to heal from all the heartaches that a single prayer can't fix. God listens but you have to make a choice between staying stuck or walk away from the pain, hurt and disappointment.

God and angel's used to talk to people at those times and that's a huge help for believing jn God and to know that he's listening, I've been going through a very hard time in the last 4 years of my life and it has been painful and disappointing, I've prayed so much to God to help me and change my situation and my emotions and I continued to experience pain and disappointment , I'm going through a very hard time trying to have faith in God and I don't know what to do, I feel so stuck in the same place and without any hope ,it's scary and I don't want to feel like God doesn't listen to my prayers and have abandoned me

Thank you so much for this message. The last few years have been hard. My Aunt died in 2018 after a long battle with ALS , the very next year my mother in law died of lymphoma, and this year in the middle of the pandemic my father in law has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Sometimes our family has felt so sad and overwhelmed but this message just reminded each of us that Jesus is with us in it all. No matter the grief no matter the suffering He’s there. But an angel came to Joseph despite his doubts. Something when we are broken like this and doubting, if God would speak to us so clearly and fulfill what he said, that would encourage us so much. But when you have the doubt and disappointment, cry out repeatedly to him and get nothing, it is absolutely soul destroying and you don't know where to go from there.

2 years on and the disappointment continues. My father died just this past Christmas eve of aggressive cancer in only 6 weeks and now 5 days into 2022 my mother is in hospital. It really feels like God has let me down. A whole year dealing with anxiety and depression; in all honesty, good news doesn't sound like good news anymore. The desire to simply end my life, knowing full well that I'll probably end up in hell either way, sounds a lot more promising than whatever the Lord has for me. That's how disappointed and hopeless I am.

Ex-boyfriend; I really believed is the man I was supposed to marry; got married yesterday. 💔. Know that God has a better plan, but it still hurts like hell. I have had weird week and car issues that cost repair OIL issue Monday & flat tire Friday. .I pray every single day God to keep me & others driving safe on road. I was MAD I had to go to auto repair 2x in one week. . I merely just needed a tune up & past due. Lesson learned.. keep calendar check car every 6 months. Common sense yet God delivered also and answered by original prayer I was safe & no danger while driving.

Honestly imagine all that happenjng to you and yes you get the girl you met and got a new life a great life and you were so grateful for the outcome understanding the disappojntment for the better.......and then he takes that dream away from you He takes those 6 kids and that wife and that happy ending away......now what??? Denise, I am so sorry this happened to you. I understand you are hurting. You've been through so much. I hear you. And in this kind of lowest part of our lives, it's easy to blame God, to ask God, why? Please allow me to say this, God sees the bigger picture, He has big plans for each one of us. Everything happens for a reason. God surely sees and now that you are in pain. But also remember that God won't be giving you something that He thinks you cannot handle. You are so strong. God understands you. He doesn't get mad when you're questioning Him. I also must admit that easier to say than done. But please, don't give up. God has plans for you. You are loved. You are guided, protected, and supported. We pray for you.
God never disappoints because God is absolute on love, grace, long suffering, mercy, faithfulness, goodness, kindness, patience, joy, self control, that is Galatians 5: 22 the fruits of the Spirit. If we feel disappointed it is because of our selfish nature. To say that God makes us feel disappointed into say that God has compromised His perfect character and that cannot happen. We disappoint God, we disappoint ourselves, but never does God disappoint us, His children by adoption of the Holy Spirit.

I am so broken, I have no strength left to fight. I have tried to do everything I think God asked me to and I still will, but I have cried endless it seems. I am single mom, my husband has a child by another woman, I am financially struggling, I have had two surgeries from a tumor in my throat and been without a home to call our own 2 times. All I ever get from him is pain, heartache, and disappointment. Some times he will give me exactly what I need, but then he will take it away. Every time.

He is teaching us how to be holy. Ask him how he wants you to change.
I understand perfectly. Been praying for something that people takes for granted or have it easy. It's very hard having bouts of happiness to then worry or something will go wrong to bring back to the place of discontent, grief and sadness. It's a never ending deal and you ask God, why? It is not your fault that you're in a situation that you feel stuck. But only you can get out of this rut. You have to focus on yourself, you have to heal from all the heartaches that a single prayer can't fix. God listens but you have to make a choice between staying stuck or walk away from the pain, hurt and disappointment.
He is not a fair God he always disappoint me am tired of trusting God who never listen to my prayers ..I wish I can go in a comma and never wake up

My Aunt died in 2018 after a long battle with ALS , the very next year my mother in law died of lymphoma, and this year in the middle of the pandemic my father in law has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. But an angel came to Joseph despite his doubts. Something when we are broken like this and doubting, if God would speak to us so clearly and fulfill what he said, that would encourage us so much. But when you have the doubt and disappointment, cry out repeatedly to him and get nothing, it is absolutely soul destroying and you don't know where to go from there.

2 years on and the disappointment continues. My father died just this past Christmas eve of aggressive cancer in only 6 weeks and now 5 days into 2022 my mother is in hospital.

It really feels like God has let me down. A whole year dealing with anxiety and depression; in all honesty, good news doesn't sound like good news anymore.
The desire to simply end my life, knowing full well that I'll probably end up in hell either way, sounds a lot more promising than whatever the Lord has for me.
That's how disappointed and hopeless I am.
Father God, we lift up elle to You as she is seeking help with anxiety and depression. Please help her surrender her thoughts and surround her with Your love and peace. Help her to turn to You and not to herself, to stop relying on herself and start trusting in You. Please give her wisdom, hope, and peace. Please let her know that she is known, seen, and loved by You and that You love her so much more than she could ever imagine. Please equip her with Your armor each and every day. What a lesson that I learned about disappointments 🙂
I have had weird week and car issues that cost repair OIL issue Monday & flat tire Friday. .I pray every single day God to keep me & others driving safe on road. I was MAD I had to go to auto repair 2x in one week. . I merely just needed a tune up & past due. Lesson learned.. keep calendar check car every 6 months. Common sense yet God delivered also and answered by original prayer I was safe & no danger while driving.

Denise, I am so sorry this happened to you. I understand you are hurting. You've been through so much. I hear you. And in this kind of lowest part of our lives, it's easy to blame God, to ask God, why? Please allow me to say this, God sees the bigger picture, He has big plans for each one of us. Everything happens for a reason. God surely sees and now that you are in pain. But also remember that God won't be giving you something that He thinks you cannot handle. You are so strong. God understands you. He doesn't get mad when you're questioning Him. I also must admit that easier to say than done. But please, don't give up. God has plans for you. You are loved. You are guided, protected, and supported. We pray for you.

God never disappoints because God is absolute on love, grace, long suffering, mercy, faithfulness, goodness, kindness, patience, joy, self control, that is Galatians 5: 22 the fruits of the Spirit. If we feel disappointed it is because of our selfish nature. To say that God makes us feel disappointed into say that God has compromised His perfect character and that cannot happen. We disappoint God, we disappoint ourselves, but never does God disappoint us, His children by adoption of the Holy Spirit.

Joe, I don't know the circumstances of your situation, but I encourage you to listen to this message again, and perhaps the rest of this "Missing Peace" series. Often we are frustrated with God that he does not work on our timelines, but if we focus more on looking for ways that he is working, we often see something even greater happening. Again, I don't know your situation and I am sure it is difficult right now. I pray that instead of being reminded of what hasn't happened yet, you can see how God is working in you right now!

I tried to commit suicide 2 months ago. I overdosed but spit the pills out. I did it because I was pollydrugged and scared. I have been tormented worse ever scince. I am so scared I died and went to hell!

I was zealous for the work of God. It just happened so fast that I lost myself. Things turned upside down. from 100 to negative. I prayed and fasted but it kept going worse. The only option I think about is to give it all up. Suicide thoughts are so coming everyday. Am lost. Help me!

Please pray for me to trust God again. I wanted to help ppl around me to trust jesus, and i lost friendship with them. I lost them, i lost money and i lost faith. I feel like I'm wasted and betrayed by God. What i wanted was to get to close to God with ppls around me but i lost all. I want nothing from God, i feel God is angry punisher like "you didn't do this and that? I'll punish you." I feel helpless and i want nothing from God anymore bcz of long time waiting and many failures. Idk where to return idk how to trust God again. Now I'm lonely, exhausted. I feel my prayers are all in vain. My life is in darkness.
@jusunhkim3125 we are praying for you to keep your hope and trust in God. At times we feel like God has left us but on the contrary He is always by our side. He holds the key to your life and whatever happened to make you loose trust in Him was just a temptation and He never bring us a test that is beyond what we can handle. Take your time and meditate of you journey with the Lord and how he has preserved your life from dangerous incidents . He loves and care so much about you, as I write this He is right there with you waiting for you to trust Him again. be at peace God loves you.
