Sorry to comment on a year-old video, but curious how the leather feels to the touch? I received my first pair of museum calf from Cobbler Union in an oxblood museum finish, but the leather feels almost... Dry? Not quite sure how to describe it. I'm just unsure if it's just how this type of leather typically feels, or if maybe CU is using inferior leather to a brand like Vass.

The leather feels rich and I feel like it’s a bit thicker than my other shoes like Crockett and Jones’s Alex. The build is sturdy tho not as refine. I’ve no experience with Cobbler Union so I cannot comment on their use of leather but you can try rejuvenate it with cream and renovator.

What size are they? How did they fit you compared to the usual size you get from other brands?

UK6.5 same size as my other oxfords. I find the instep more roomy then some English counterparts like CJ and Cheaney.
Sufficient toe room and snug heel, i'm pretty happy about it.
