I don’t know if Sam can actively teach him that well by himself especially in country that people usually don’t speak English in :/ Since he usually speaks Korean even to his wife it’s difficult to teach someone a language even when they are young when you don’t actively speak it. :/ Phrases, yes. Fluently? Maybe he can understand but can’t speak. Lots of different factors coming into play...
