Even Heston Blumenthal can create a better dessert than this one. Yeah, the dessert moves, but it doesn't really have visual appeal and doesn't showcase modern techniques, he just used molecular gastronomy ingredients, nothing great
i agree but how bad would it look if a michelin star got a hair in their food, you cant control when your hair falls out, but i guess since they take so much time going over every single dish that they would notice a hair it probably doesnt matter anyway
