    Well people who trigger you is to do with cognitive empathy. I think overcoming OCD is good but some situations that discomfort is your instinct. I wouldn't go against it. OCD with like brushing teeth good but situations I would have OCD.

      Hey Joe - People who trigger us has to do primarily with our perspectives on their verbiage and or their actions. Terms such as cognitive empathy tend to not be needed as it confuses sufferers even more.
