Mine is a Samsung Note20 Ultra. Trouble from the start of owning this phone was that my receivers on the other side could not hear me but I could hear them perfectly. For nearly 2 years, this went on until this video. . . Basically, I reset all settings and EVERYTHING WORKS!!!.Thanks author for posting this clear and understandable solution 💯
This video was a life saver. My problem was just the opposite but I found the answer because of your directions. They could hear me but I couldn't get all of them speaking. Whole words missing plus strange noises. Follow the directions and turn OFF the "ADAPT SOUND". Now I can hear perfectly. That's a bad glitch for Samsung. Otherwise I love the phone! I have a problem where any calling app like discord/Instagram/whatapps/and normal calls work but on roblox(using vc)i sound like a animal crossing character and i dont understand why this is happening,never found anyone with the same problem as i.(this only happens when i wear headphones)
I have galaxy s8? For some reason I can't hear on calls when someone calls me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I was able to hear on calls before this happened now not sure why I can't. I can listen to music but can't hear on calls. My buds are connected to the wearable app and the device and everything is up to date so I'm not sure what the issue is. I should be able to hear on calls
I had them for a while don't remember exactly when and what year I purchased them. I paid alot of money for these so if its defective I'm gonna pissed
I don't think it's the ear buds. My sou d was working fine to and suddenly when someone calls...they can't hear me but I can hear them. If I don't put it on speaker they can't hear me

I have to reset all settings every couple of weeks due to this issue. Samsung arent interested when you call them about it. Absolute joke.

No although I now know in my case it's caused by the Wi-Fi calling feature. Turns out this isn't just limited to Samsungs though.
