Drew, you can bring back the boat to your own territory too btw. Just click on your boat and then click somewhere on your coastline which is nearest to that boat.
In the world map Antarctica is op, if you get to win it with your teamates in the start and then save your troop to the millions, unitil you start boating elsewhere, so thats how you could win it this mode just havin so many troops, that the zombies no longer can take you down by donating. This is why you should have saving troop tactic in this mode only spending 15% of you troop to expand every five seconds, so you can save a lot more troops and survive longer, than by just full sending from the start as all the beginners and noobs who do not know how to play the game do.
A good rule of thumb in the opening would be to send around 30% each cycle, theres much better openings but theyre difficult to execute so this is what i suggest. Send these troops 2 ticks before the cycle ends tho.
Europe is the best map with lots of players start in scandi and get russia, uk and france then start pushing, also Drew you can navigate a ship click on a ship then when it stops click on another area so now you can go around bends

From my experience, you need at least 40 people to join in order to have a decent chance of winning.
You can do it with about 20 on maps with lots of islands too

The only way i play this mod is i try to make mega indonesia or japanese empire. Helps when there is a body of water between me and zombies.
the zombie mode is like the impossible mode... like i have never beaten it
