I just love this team❤ for so long. They are the greatest ever. EVER!! I specifically love the way they repeat movements 2-3 times. I love it because the movements are so beautiful and/or spectacular that sometimes the first one is missed or not enjoyed to the fullest, so when the second and maybe a third one is done, it is so lively to be able to enjoy the move to the fullest. Thank you Jane and Chris whoever thought that one up for us as fans and spectators to be able to enjoy your performances to the very height of the perfection they are carried out. Love you both.

One of the things I like about this pair is that their body types fit well together. There are other pair skaters where the female is so tiny that she looks like her partner's jail bait kid sister. That was cute for Shirley Temple but its disquieting when such a pair skates a passionate romantic theme. He is slim without an ounce of fat. She has the lush curves of a petite. They both have beautiful proportions and are wonderfully expressive. When T&D do a romantic skate it is entirely convincing. We knew Burton and Taylor were an item off screen when they filmed Cleopatra. But watching them in the movie, I would not have believed. When this pair skates, it is hard to believe anything else.

This was real ice dancing instead of the stuff you see today with all the lifts. Not that the lifts don't require skill, but way too many lifts are done today in comparison with the intricate dance footwork and dance patterns of years ago.

They had such an iconic yet classical dance style. So clearly DANCING on once. Many modern performers are quicker and more energetic these days, but T&D really own the ice like Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire, especially with this great big band sound.

This is probably my favorite number of theirs. Poetry on ice! They are so romantic and sensual I just think how incredible they act out the part you really believe they are in love romantically. I honestly don't know how she kept from having those kinds of feelings for him. I'd fall for him so fast! Can anyone tell me the name of the song playing? I've heard it so many times but the name escapes me!

The lifts are a different skill. It’s wonderful, but I do miss some of this older ballroom dance style. They are so elegant!
