  • In early Sept 2020 we headed south and landed in Choke Canyon State Park. Just west of Three Rivers Texas Choke Canyon State Park sits on the shore (sort of) of Choke Canyon Lake.
    This Texas State Park features several things not found at any other Texas State Park. Can you believe that there is a gym at Choke Canyon State Park?
    Would be surprised to learn that there is a tennis court at Choke Canyon State Park? I was surprised to learn both of these!
    One of the highlights of Choke Canyon State Park is the vast number of birds. From the large wild turkeys down to the tiny humming birds there are so many birds in Choke Canyon State Park to watch.
    Another interesting thing about Choke Canyon State Park are the American Alligators, just don't get to close or feed them!
    Come along with me as I explore Choke Canyon State Park!

      I dont think the Quail thing has been done by anyone else! Bob White Quail used to be all over the place but the Fire-ants and Ferrel hogs have really hit them hard. thanks so much for watching!!

    Great information on the RV park and site at Choke Canyon State Park. Lots of Turkey's. I like how you keep stating the name of the park! It helps keep the location at the forefront of the information being shared. You've got a nice rig and setup. It's interesting how much the virus has affected the park... and the reason for the low water level. Great job on the video. Thanks for sharing! Stay safe, Donovan and Jodi

      More turkeys at that park then anywhere else that I have been! I keep stating the name for "in video" SEO, if you want to know more about that you will have to call. Thanks for watching!!

    Saw you at the livestream today. Wanted to make sure to get over and check out your channel. First of all, thank you for your service. Looks like Choke Canyon was empty empty empty. Now that's our kind of camping. Cool time lapse. If you had gotten any closer to that deer, you may have just given her a kiss on the cheek. You were right up on her. Wow. "Not much here." "Lots of bird poop." LOL. But the 75 acre lake looks cool. Thanks for sharing!

      I really appreciate you stopping by! You are welcome. Choke Canyon was an interesting place. I have since been told that the 75 acre lake has no fish thanks to the gators and low water level. I think the white tail deer in Texas have something wrong with them cuz they don't seem to be afraid of anything! Up in Oklahoma the deer would spook with the slightest view of Little Red. "Lots of bird poop." I always tell it like it is! LOL thanks for stopping by!

    Enjoyed the video. Sad to see the water level so low but it happens. I liked that you gave the title of the music & the artist. Hope you continue to do that. I'll have to say that the lens you used that distorted the edges of the picture made me a little dizzy.

    • @DudeRV
      @DudeRV  3 года назад +1

      Artist and title will now always be displayed in the video. All of the music I use is from the RUclips creative commons library but some folks want to know who created a piece so the least I can do is give the name and artist. thanks for watching!!
      I am currently using the GoPro 7 and some times I forget to switch from the super wide to linear so I end up with the fish-eye on some of my shots. Thanks for bringing it to my attention and thanks a whole bunch for watching!
