So i been looking at some other videos on this ATV (I m thinking of buying one) and one after two year of use had had a hole in the driver side floor, a bad door latch, difficulty replacing the oil filter and oil plug, reaching the oil stick. Have you had any problems with yours?.

Who do I need to talk to get mine replaced? Ive talked with the supervisor in the parts department several times she was rude as hell and offered me the windshield discounted to 295! A whopping 50 dollars off... who do I need to speak with?
I also have a Massimo MSU500 and love it, I go out on atv trails in north eastern Tennessee with Polaris rzr's and Kawasaki Terex's. They are all astounded at the way the Massimo does everything that they do and sometimes better. Wish it had more power but the one thing that drives me crazy is the windshield. The seam is right in the line of vision and by the end of the day I have neck and shoulder pain from constantly trying to look under it or sitting (standing) up in the seat in an attempt to look over the seam. Who and how did you find the right people to contact to get the new windshield? This one is making it so that I don't enjoy going out with this great machine due to feeling so bad after the outing. I'm 60 and retired on a budget, I really enjoy my Massimo and showing off for the kows and pols.
I do like my Massimo 500 although I live in new England lots of rocks and straight up cliffs unlike Virginia now I cannot find a video for the install of the dyno chip install anywhere everyone I've seen says it lacks in low end torque and yup it does well got the chip yet no video am I the only one that needs it. We have Siberian Huskies and we run them in the summer but some of this terrain is bad so we need this upgrade but cant find a video to help.
I have been trying to get the windshield replaced on my 500 for the last 5 years!!! It's really dangerous....line of sight is compromised. I'm always trying to look over or under the 'hinge'.....or hanging out the door. Is someone going to have to get hurt before they do anything. This windshield was a flaw to begin with. Everything else about the Massimo 500 is great. Just PLEASE....fix the windshield.
I love my Massimo 500 but this windshield is very dangerous done about made me wreck a few times i just got were i have to leave it off and i really hate that but not everybody has $400 to buy a new windshield i wish Massimo would work with me on a new windshield
TrainedZombie no. Not going that far, the person from the dealer is talking to upper management to get in contact with cub cadet and the truck company who is shipping it
I called and got zero results for something small as rubber door straps. My vehicle is 5 months old with 19 miles and no help at all from factory. I'm 78 years old and this is the worst co I've dealt with as far as customer service.👎👎👎👎👎
@Barney Rubble we did get it about 2 years ago, it was just delayed because shipping and stuff, love it, so far we had one thing break and that was the steering teeth rounded off on the steering wheel shaft where it connects the the power steering motor, they did fix it though and its good now

Do you know if there is a fuel filter on this thing and if so where is it located
Yup take the right seat out and the cover off the engine look down on the side off the motor and you see it

The new models have different windshields. I replaced mine with the new model
