Thank you. Where was this filmed? East or west? I visited Istanbul 09/ 2023 and loved the city despite the scammers. The cats were everywhere and the Turks were so loving with them. It was great.
This video was filmed on Heybeliada, one of the Princes' Islands located off the Anatolian side of Istanbul. If you ever visit Istanbul again, I highly recommend exploring these islands. With no vehicle traffic and stunning natural beauty, they offer a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Unlike some of the busier spots in Istanbul, the islands remain relatively uncrowded. And yes, cats are an integral part of our lives here-we share this beautiful city with them. As for the scammers, I apologize on their behalf; unfortunately, they’re a reality in every tourist destination around the world. ❤️ᓚᘏᗢ ♡ ᗢᘏᓗ
@@BeautifulCatsBeautifulPlaces I did visit one of the Islands for a couple of hours. I dont recall the name i'm afraid. Your city is so huge with so much to see and we only had a week. There were a lot of the 5litre water bottles with the tops cut off spread around, for the cats I assume. There was a small dog that chased the cats away from his little area where there were 2 cafes. Lovely memories and you are right about the scammers of course. My step-father was scammed for about 500 euro. Live and learn.
Thanks for feeding these hungry kitties. Cheers.
