- In this episode we are moving along with the repairs and get the Mini's inner arch cut out and weld a new piece in. Then we move onto the rear quarter on whilst sorting out the rear suspension and pinched brake lines! FUN.
We also speak with the previous owner to find out what happened to the Mini and they send me a spare key! Thank you The Massey's!!

Well done Sam. Great video and mini looking great and in real progress now. Hopefully on the home straight now.
Thanks bud. Yeah looking like it 👍🙌🏽
Nice. A really nice and very popular car to salvage...should look like the bees knees when you’ve finished! Stay safe buddy 👍
Cheers Phil 👍
Probably 1 more episode in this series until it’s done 🙌🏽🙌🏽. Stay safe too bud 👍👍
Lovely Jubbly video, your not afraid of getting your hands dirty doing manual work Dan, keep the videos coming.
Shocking repair
Not good 😐
what do you mean, being serious ?
I agree, shocking repair. I'm not a expert but find a better panel shop
Lots of good progress this week - so handy that you have access to a donor car for a lot of the bits pieces you need. Changing the brake line looked fiddly but at least it didn't go all the way to the front of the car! Don't forget to bleed the brakes before you try to move it otherwise the Mini might end up needing more body repairs lol!
Thank you. Yea certainly helped with the donor car being available for bits and pieces. Brake line- took a long time getting back into the car. It goes up behind the subframe and petrol tank which is a massive pain.
Yep- brakes have been bled just not in this episode- thanks for pointing that out though as it’s something that could be easily missed 👍👍😬
Coming together now mate! Looking forward to seeing it all one colour again 😄
Alan is great as he really knows his stuff. Thanks for the series of videos as they are really interesting, cheers.
Amazing progress, getting on nicely! 👍
Doing great sam... hard work juggling your job and repairing/editing for our pleasure, I think its just as well you have your uncle to fall back on. Best of luck to you...stay safe brother 🙏
Proper hard work juggling bud. Thank you for your support man. Stay safe too 🙌🏽🙌🏽👍👍
Nice to see it back in one piece
Proper old school work at it's best good on yer fellas
Didn’t know Al was your Uncle. Job coming on well, thank god for access to donor car. Nice to know the car’s history also. I agree that fresh metal is better than uncrumpled metal. 👍
Great video Mate looking forward to seeing it finished
Nice job it's coming to together now 👍
That looked like a lot of effort but great video. I think you made the right decision to replace the inner panel too as it's a far neater and stronger job.
Thank you! Yeah so much neater. The donor Mini is certainly living up to its name 👍🙌🏽
Angle grinder....mans best friend!!
Good progress & good choice of musics.
i really love your Videos and i do really enjoy them!

Thank you Nicki. I wish I could too! Hopefully one day in the future 👍👍
Thanks for the positivity 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Awesome job.
Now the Green Calibra in the background what’s that all about look a nice bit of kit.
It's a Mustang.
A drag/hot rod mustang! Not mine. The paint guy is one of the best in the region so people come all over for his expertise👍👍
I had a mini one similar damage to yours went in body shop all fixed the day I went to pick it up the guy who supposedly fixed it totally botched the repair loads of gaps over spray etc all from an insurance approved body shop took photos got the insurance assessor to look he agreed it was not done properly so he wrote it off in the end
hey do you know the part number for the metal frame that goes behind the tail light
Looking good sam
Looking great
Looking good 👍
Cheers Michael 👍
Looking good
Sam loving the content keep it up 💪
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
I thought you were under that Mini refitting the donor brake line without axle stands for a minute. It seems you did have them under there in the long shot. Don’t get under there with it just on trolley jacks guys. Very dangerous!
He was at 1st I noticed that🤔
The parts car that keeps giving, nice car ,could make it a JCW.
It certainly does 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Too expensive for the side skirts and bumpers 😬
Twingone 😂😂😂😂😂😂 👍🎉 the mini ur only suppose to blow the bloody door's off.
Need to start to think about changing the channel name to AL rebuilt
