    When a person wins too many times, the game loses meaning, but you learn by losing, which is the most significant part of how brilliant chess is, alongside the respect the two chess players are in a game of patience and wits.

    Damn! I'm SUPER Impressed by your storytelling!!! You really made this seem like the most EPIC victory of all time just from the way you presented this game. This is literally perfect storytelling if I've ever seen it!
    On a side note, trying to even understand the logic that goes on in top level chess is well, impossible (as it should be for someone who barely ever crossed 1700 on lichess a handful of times in his life). Even after the first correct move was given at the end, I still had a hard time understanding the full why of said move.
    There is a feature length documentary about Mairo Kart DS which had amazing storytelling in it of itself. That video is an hour and a half documentary which absolutely nailed everything. But to say the storytelling here pretty much felt quite a lot better THAN THAT is no small feat!
    Edit: This perfect storytelling I was referring to starts at 1:00. Everything before that is just average. But also, the music changes at around 4:00, that's when the storytelling starts to feel a bit inconsistent all of a sudden. I'm mentioning this to show that I'm not ignoring the flaws, but still, despite this, I still love this presentation of the game, and the fact that Nodirbek Abdusattorov managed to win the World Rapid Finals 2021 up against none other than Magnus Carlsen really expedites my appreciation for this video, and in a way, the game covered as well.

      Hey I’ve got some really great news to share with you, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on a cross and resurrected on the third day so you may all have eternal life. If you believe and repent of your sins and put your faith and trust in Him as you would a parachute jumping off a plane at 25000 feet up in the air, He will give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift and I promise you, He will change your life forever as He did mine. He is the ONLY way to heaven and He loves you all. Please think deeply about this with urgency because this is your eternal life and soul, you don’t know when you could die, meaning you could die at any moment, so please consider this with all your heart. If anyone tells you that Jesus isn’t the only way, they are lying to you and they don’t care about your future

      Trying to learn chess here the only thing I'm really having trouble with is checkmate.. so if you check your opponent and he mistakenly makes a move that keeps him in check, that's a checkmate?
      I thought I read somewhere you have to tell your opponent when he's in check? I May occasionally Overlook it while studying my other moves.
      4:50 it said Magnus's only move was King to A1 to get him out of check but couldn't he have gone King A3 backwards? Or hisKing B1 or B3?
      If you're in check and move out, then the opponent's next move puts you in check again, is that Checkmate or do you have another opportunity to move out of check again?
      Appreciate any insight. remember my chess level on a 10 scale is 1/10 I've only played two games.
      Thank you

    Im a bit confused, @ 5:11 the opponent gets to promote to Queen on H8. Magnus will move pawn from B3 to B2. White will move the queen to H8 to A8 to check, Magnus moves King A1 TO B1. At that point, I think there is a way to maneuver where you can take the white's new queen by sacrificing Magnus newly promoted queen and force a stalemate with only 2 kings left on the board.

    • @jufius
      @jufius Год назад +7

      That’s what I was thinking too. I was like, wait how is this not a draw? I don’t know why Magnus just quit. So weird!

    • @ttott3649
      @ttott3649 Год назад +8

      If black plays B3 to B2, white can keep their queen on H8 and move their king out of the way, opening the queen for a diagonal attack. The pawn won't be able to promote as it would open the king into check, so Black's only option would be to move their King.

    • @SkyCreX
      @SkyCreX Год назад +3

      If magnus played b2, Then queen a8+ by white
      Followed by king b1, And then white plays king c3
      Only legal move for magnus is c1
      After which white plays queen A3 pinning the pawn to the king and when the king moves the pawn will be taken on the next move

    Wow, what an incredible game and superbly explained! This video beautifully captures the intense battle between Magnus Carlsen and the young super talent, Nodierbeck Abdul Satarov. It's fascinating to see how despite Magnus's experience and renowned endgame skills, Nodierbeck's strategic brilliance and daring moves gave him the upper hand in critical moments, ultimately securing him a surprising victory. The detailed analysis of each move, especially the pivotal decision to decline the queen trade and the final queen trade that led to Nodierbeck’s win, was particularly enlightening. As a 6-year-old chess enthusiast named Nhat Huy, I'm truly inspired by Nodierbeck’s performance and love every bit of this thrilling chess encounter!
