I am learning German and Turkish languages in a structured way from RUclips, so rewarding. Learning Hindustani classical vocal music from Riyaz app, which is pretty rewarding. I am trying to fit my drawing and painting schedule but at times it becomes a challenge.
Surprisingly i've been doing those things and it feels so relaxing, like trying new recipes (i tried to make momos yesterday and it turned pretty good) , everything shower is justt so relaxing and even i try different Maggie recipes every month along with everything shower , i made my vision board for 2025 , basically i loved the concept and tried it! Hi adete, when i am with my friends i smile, i laugh but still i feel empty and unhappy inside. Its like that i am feeling like iam acting. I dont like to show my raw emotions and i always mask my feelings and unhappiness and never let my emotions workout. My friends never vibe with me. They dont value me, identify me, respect me. For everyone iam just a person who is a little slow mind and they disrespect me a lot. But, one day i suddenly broke down, the thoughts consumed me, my day filled with sadness that day. I am just a teen and i go to physiatrist. I need solutions and suggestions and online is the best platform to make it happen.

Something which didn't heal yet don't worry yaar I'm also feeling the same people like us having dark past would result our current behaviour so I'm started journaling meditationg and spiritual growth ❤ it slowly healing me and helping me to become better person 🎉 so try these if u could do it will gradually increase your happiness..... If you feel that you're friends are nit respecting you or value you then try to talk to them and try to explain how are you feeling in a exact and clear way and if they still do it then it's time to ignore them and focus on other things and achieve your tasks or if you don't have the courage to speak to them about you're issues then pray to God and ask him to remove the people from you're life who are toxic to you. This helps.
