Personally I have a lot of fun practicing hollow body rock with my mum😄she gets angry every time because of her "butter curvy shape" 🤭🤭🤭 so when her back impact the mat she can't move anymore😄she is so fun and I love play with her ... And hey, candlestick is really challenging for me too 😅🔥 Thanks Master Ryan 🙏 love and appreciation, as always 🫶
I was watching a Skills N Talents video today on free style upper and lower body coordination. One of his recommended core workout is going from hollow body to arched body (like superman with arms and legs up in a lower back arch) by rolling to the side without arms, hands, legs, and feet touching the floor. Can you break it down to make it achievable?
I love this!
Thank you for the videos!
Great tutorial! I would also love to see a tutorial on the arch body rocks, which I find really tough!
Tried it, I love it. Your the best👍
😁🤘
Thank you! I’ve been looking for a video exactly on this exercise and what the progression up to it is. 🙏💪
You found it :)

Those are a staple in gymnastics. First step is to get real comfy with with one :)
is this covered in the GMB Elements??!!
Elements uses other movements for core strength and control instead of this one.
I thought I was clicking on a guitar video lmao
What do the rocks do?
Try it and see for yourself ;)
Core is my Core problem.
