I watched the entire press conference of that old woman and she said that Hamas treated them kindly, they ate the same food together, and they received daily medical care. It Is strange how she described Hamas treated her. It seemed like they took care of her. I saw the complete interview on another channel where they are not editing the content and the woman said she was treated very well and was also critical of the IDF and Israeli government so no wonder the BBC didn't broadcast the whole interview.

Much of the full account of this woman, that recounted how she was sharing food and well treated has been cut, and I believe the recounting of the events of 7th October when her kibbutz was invaded by Hamas, was only recounted after this part after being pressed to describe it by a reporter there. Yet BBC chooses to lead with that (inaccurate and misleading sequence that suggests this was the primary thing the woman wanted to talk about unprompted!).
