      He did not played better than KD on game 2 dude. Curry was horrible the first 3 quarters on that game then had an explosive rth quarter. Curry to win finals MVP needs to be more consistent on the games. Yes he is explosive but the guy has instances where he disappears for like 2 or 3 quarters on games. Same shit happened against the Rockets on the conference finals. Yes Curry is amazing when he explodes but the advantage KD has over him is that KD is way more consistent than Curry.

      I think iggy deserves the mvp award .. Andre defend lebron most of the series and he did a pretty good job on that .. We all know what lebron is capable of .. You cant stop lebron from scoring, the warriors just need to slow james down and they executed it with iggy guarding him and ofcourse, curry did the remaining job of scoring and carries them to the '15 title ..

      Ridiculous to give it to Iggy. They got caught up in the moment of a guy who was originally on the bench coming in and having a few good defensive possessions on Lebron. Curry was the clear cut MVP that series, the worst part is he didn’t receive a vote. Iggy got 7 and Lebron got 4. It doesn’t make sense to me.

      To be fair, I would probably be happy as hell too if Kevin Durant joined my team in 2016. That being said, obviously you'd be happy that your team received a cheat code basically for nothing -- on top of an already legendary team that seemed to be in no danger of slowing down from their 73-9, 5-points-away-from-a-championship season. Of course other teams and fans wouldn't be happy.

      @@cableerror9790 because that's how the Warriors men get open. This is a man's game there are times WITH the ball when a defender can't guard the offensive assassin but if u notice a lot of the time steph and klay are wide open for threes especially klay. Now correct me if I'm wrong but klay in my opinion is more consistent than steph so why on earth would any team leave him wide open. He is open because he move around the defense and there is usually a moving screen to help him get open like that. Though steph curry has become more efficient throughout the years, his movement here seems more dynamic (like look at that fake spin he does on lebron then shoots it right in his face, he doesn't even do any spin moves now), his passes crisper, and his handles as well penetrating easier. He takes a lot more twos and is more confident in how he takes them. Its like he lets his killer instinct drive him more as opposed to his more cerebral and formulaic game now, though he is still at his best when he lets loose obviously. Hes also shiftier in these highlights playing with the defense more in the paint seemingly because his athleticism allows him to though hes skinnier. It might be a combination of more wear and tear on his ankles, becoming more formulaic in the approach to the game to achieve more lasting consistency, and defenses playing him a certain way, but I still think there was a certain vitality here that he gradually has lost a little bit.

    • @Wolfey-bo9tt

      agree, curry has been getting so much slower in his game recently. His athleticism is definitely decreasing but hey, he is thirty after all. In my opinion, 2011-2013 Curry (maybe 2014 as well) was the best Curry we had.

      i dropped a comment about this earlier, I can tell that it's due to the countless ankle sprains and injuries he's had to go through. His speed is clearly hampered. I've had three ankle sprains from snowboarding and every time it becomes more susceptible to another injury. I can feel my ankle being pretty weak. yes there are exercises you can do to strengthen it but it really will not be the same. Just gets weaker and weaker, hope he can be more cautious or something. I enjoy watching him play and would love to see him continue for many more years

    • @mikaelespath7624
      @mikaelespath7624 5 лет назад +14

      I believe there are 2 reasons for this:1) Injuries have taken a toll, but its really not that much. His movement, handles, ability to dribble penetrate and endurance are all still elite. He still, according to tracking data, runs more than most NBA players, and he really hasn't lost a lot of speed as well.2) The arrival of KD means that Steph is no longer required to be the main man offensively. He is now mainly the facilitator of their offence with his movement, passing and game IQ. He is now able to defer more as he is no longer needed to get 30 a night, even though he is more than capable of doing that and still often does.

      Hated for stopping lebron? Without the cavs injuries, they win 2015. Steph blew a 3-1 lead in 2016, and draymond was gone for one game. Then he needed to go call KD.

      @@joefrankenstein5553 Uh, no. Cleveland wasn't as good as Golden State in 2015, and they win the series whether or not Kyrie is healthy or not. The Cavs fell behind 3-1 on Golden State in 2016 despite dreadful performances from Curry in games 1-3. 2016 should've been a Golden State victory, and the only reason it wasn't was because LeBron and Kyrie had all time great game 5's, they got out to a quick double digit lead in Game 6, and Curry kept missing in crunch time in Game 7. They beat a demoralized Golden State squad that had their 2 best players shoot just 6/24 (25%) from three by 4. It should've been a wipeout in Game 7, but instead it took a last minute shot from Irving to seal the deal.

      @@chuckyjamesamartin1968 i find it dumb that you respond to my reply after ots been fove months first and foremost. Second, if lebron took the warriors to 6 without his 2 allstars they win in 6 with them. Thats how i feel about it.

      @@joefrankenstein5553 And I feel you're wrong. Golden State was the better, more dominant team in the regular season. However, it probably goes to 7.

    The reason why NBA let KD go to GSW because they where cheated in 2016 suspending of green.
    Cavs really had no chance in beating warriors should be finals sweep 4-0

      Eric and Dylan's Legacy Because the refs didn't call the technical that game so it shouldn't have been a tech but LeBron complained so the league gave him the tech and got him suspended so that rigged it for them
