In Little League you can ALWAYS go from wind _up. Runner cannot get off the base til pitch crosses the plate. Almost all s.b. in a little league are delayed, usually taking advantage of catcher lobbing throw back to the pitcher.
NJ kids just had a terrible attitude, like im sorry you loss but that comes with playing baseball. When I played in the 2007 LLWS our coach would've slapped the hell out of us for that kind of behavior

I miss Gary Thorne announcing the Little League World Series. One more thing about Carl he only announces the US team games. He never announces the international games only the American boy teams.
