saw something similar for KDE a little while ago, hopefully they can make this install easier in the future, that looked way more complicated than it needed to be ^^'
yeah having to build from source is actually not that bad because of their script to make sure you have all the correct dependencies. It’s the actual configuration part that’s complex. On the flip side tho it does allow you to enable exactly what components you do and don’t want so that’s nice.
