It's funny - I was going to ask my son to compose a vocal to this as I always thought it also could have been a great Jon Brion vocal ballad. You've done pretty well here, and I appreciate this. Maybe edit just slightly and leave a little more space? Leave some breaths and just be slightly more sparse in the vocal? (just a little). I really appreciate what you've done here. My little brother was lead figure painter on Paranorman so actually worked on this film in a leadership role. We love it.
