Hey mate or someone who made it work. I’ve mirrored your directions, but the when clicking on the exe file ( the exe file is an actual image of AMS2 for me) it opens for a second and force closes. I’ve never had Mods installed before.
I had no ideas there were mods for AMS2. On an unrelated topic you should do a community race event open to your viewers. Would be cool to do a VR only race.
You’ll be seeing a lot more soon as the Dev’s should be making it easier to install them :) I have plans for a community setup this year but need to make sure I have the dedicated time to do it. I’m a little busy outside YT at the mo but once things calm down I will get it rolling :)

Most of my mods work, however, after installing KAOS F1 1996, FIA GT1 car set and FIA GT1 AI driver set, the game crashes. Any idea? Indy car mod works great!
I’m not sure but I’d recommend going to steam, right click on automobilista 2, go to properties, then installed data and then “verify integrity of game files” once you done that re-install the mods by opening the Content Manager

When installing you have to make sure it takes priory over the windows version by ticking the .zip .rar etc. you can also right click, select more options at the bottom and then select 7.zip

If you’re on the mobile app or desktop there should be a little gear cog ⚙️ in the top right corner, go to that and then go to playback speed 😀

Mods killed AMS1 multiplayer stone dead.....are we travelling in a similar direction with AMS2 mods?

i tried registering to race dept. and it's not FREE! i THOUGHT THIS WAS A FREE THING??
Do the mods now support custom sounds or are they still using the shitty default car engine sound?

Check program files (x86) for steam location. That's the normal location for install

Which car mods are you using? Are you activating the mods via AMS2CM.exe ?
