I hope to get my multi one day soon! I heard a pilot literally tell me you don’t need to use right rudder on a twin… obviously that isn’t true apparently. Tnx for another great video !
In conventional multi-engine aircraft, the propellers on both engines rotate clockwise when viewed from the cockpit. This causes the same left-turning tendencies as experienced by single-engine propeller aircraft. In non-conventional multi-engine aircraft, the propellers on each engine rotate in opposite directions. That’s most likely what this pilot was referring to. (non-conventional) Hope this helps 😊
From someone who flies frequently to ABACO, upon takeoff 134.2 is MIA center. Their communication down low has improved dramatically, but they can only take over at 7000 feet. Nassau does control lower but as long as you are VFR on takeoff you can just contact MIA center. The ATC is great out there. And, I can pick up ADSb traffic almost all the way to TCB or MHH.
Thanks Peter!! Part 6 Coming out soon. Do you prefer 30 minutes videos or 10-12 minutes? Average attention span is around 8-10 minutes. I could add the full version under The Patreon account? What are your thoughts?
@@SkylineBaronPilot generally I prefer videos around 10-12 minutes like you stated. That said, if the content is interesting (like aviation is to me), I can hang out for much longer - even up to an hour. Thanks for asking my opinion!
Such a gorgeous flight, definitely on my bucket list to island hop! Hopefully I'll be able to get a job with a island commuter company once I get my instrument and commercial ratings done out of Pompano. That should only be a couple months away... time goes by so quickly!
@0:05 Okay that's it!, you've just taken the stress out of my day within 0:05 seconds. It's something about the belly shot and your voice that does it Captain Val, I just know I can melt and relax now after a long day, you are sensational!,xx🤩...
