Very cool video. I love the amount of trust your wife has in you for the kind of riding you were doing. Hats off to the Mrs. hope you drone survived. Cheers from the US. ✌️
Nice video! How was the pillion comfort? Are the brakes powerful enough for 2up riding? And the last question, does the engine have enough power to do overtakes without taking risks? Thank you in advance.
Pillion comfort was absolutely fine, we would make a few changes to the rear rack mounts as the bars that mounted to the frame were close to Lizzys legs. Brakes were fine 2 up.. and there’s loads of power for passing! The power is nice and smooth, just not aggressive. 👍👍
I have an 18’ Street Triple R and am looking to get an ADV bike as a replacement, just so my seating position is more upright and so I am not limited as to the roads I can go on.
Hey Greg, I would say the T700 would be more suited to off-road use.. but it will certainly whip up to 100mph for overtaking.. although I feel if most of your time was spent on the road, there would be a few more suited adv style bikes on the market. Like the Ducati or the KTM adventure s 👍
guys to be honest never thought of two people standing up on the motorcycle :))) but it looks amazing! how does it feel from the passenger's perspective?
Hey there, it’s actually quite comfy.. the only time it can get a little challenging is on very long up hills as the pillion has to be in a squatted position for the entire hill.. does get the leg muscles burning for the wife 🤩🤩
Great 2-up video on the T7 and nice work putting it together. Were you both using your Pegs when standing up?? If so what were the aftermarket pegs were you using?
Lizzy said the T7 was equally as comfortable as the KTM 890r, the only thing she didn’t like was the Yamaha rear pack rack, as it had 2 mounting bars that sat out off the sides where her legs went down to the pegs.. and this over the weekend bruised the insides of he legs. If u went a Bnb alley short rear rack it would be mint 👍
Very nice Aiden and Lizzy, camera mount and view through the screen was great. I think I need to get a front helmet mount it’s much better than my chest mount. Great Drone footage, the bike following stuff is hard to too. I’m looking into getting myself a Skydio, brilliant for adventure bike filming. I’ve experience the lost drone three times, once in a tree. Had to climb up the tree and risk my life to retrieve it. The guys on my tour couldn’t believe I could climb so well, it’s amazing what I’ll do to get my drone back. Glad you enjoyed the T7, it is an awesome bike.
Thanks Rod, yeah there’s no way I was leaving without the drone!! I probably would have paid to see you monkey your way to rescue the drone 😆 Skydio is good, but I must say it can be temperamental!! the T7 was ace! I’ll be back for more of that.. question is, when we do finally catch up for a ride .. what will it be?? Enduro or Adventure? Cheers
@@SeasonalTherapy I think our ride will be soon and it will be enduro. Much easier to keep warm riding Enduro, this time of the year. I’ll be in touch.
I've been thinking of getting a Tenere 700 but wasn't sure what type of trails it could handle. These trials you're riding look a lot like some I'd be trying on Oahu. I think I gotta try one.
Definitely get a test ride mate, these are a very capable off road adventure bike! And very simple electronic system too, so no issues with water 💦 on river crossings 🤙🤙
@@thatoneguy2756 there is loads of room for the rider, a short passenger like my wife is easier for sure.. she’s about 5 foot I’m 5.6 ish so I think u will be fine. If passenger was 6 ‘ might be a different story 👍
That’s a Yamaha one that’s on it.. only thing I didn’t like is if u take passenger, where it bolts down to the subframe rubbed on my wife’s inner leg. She said it was a bit uncomfortable
It’s not about trusting an owner.. it’s about trusting the channel.. if u know me I’m always going to give u my proper opinion with no frills.. but I’m sure there are some 20,000 km reviews on here if that’s what your after 👍
Good video, Beautiful bike , I want one .

What a fun time that looked. 👍
Chin mount with some view of bike is the best view point by far!
Keep the centre stand and tie it up, they're invaluable when you need to sort out wheel issues out and about ;-)
She’s an awesome pillion
She’s a bloodey good sport 👍👍👍👍
hey guys! great video!
how tall are you 2? how much do you weight?
how does the bike feel?

@@SeasonalTherapy Definitely more on road for me. We don’t have any dirt roads or off road parks here in NY’s Hudson Valley, just below West Point.
is the 2022 rally model? (i have seen the exhaust and the susspension)

Cheers mate 👍 yeah both standing it’s so much more comfortable! Standard T7 with standard pegs mate and they were fine!
Awesome! I love it. Looking for an adventure bike for my wife and I. Curious what song it is starting around 7:15?
Hey Chris, thanks mate I get my songs from a royalty free place so not really a known artist 👩🎨 👌
It would have been interesting to hear the passengers riding / comfort perspective.

the prices to hire one are actually pretty reasonable, i'll have to hit them up
Yeah it’s quite good for 3-4 day weekend!! Worth booking in 👌
Mate was it standard suspension or has it been modified?
@@scamperstephen4811 that was straight out of the box mate 👌👌

Good to know thanks , from Western Australia
How is the highway performance? Will it pull to 100 mph if needed for passing?
Easily
Who makes that rear rack?
