What a great thing to do with your Dad. He is an inspiration. Actually, you both are. Just got the ride in before Covid. Hopefully we are back to people being able to emulate what you two did.

Hi Sylvia. I, too, am doing a cycle tour June/July and am trying to decide between the Rhine and the Danube cycle routes. Did you compare the two? They both look nice. Your thoughts? Thanks!
Cynthia Martinsson, I must admit I didn’t check the Danube just chose the Rhine as it leads to Holland and I have heaps of relatives and friends there. Hope you have a great ride which ever you choose 😃👍
@@tradsprak I have done the Danube from Passau to Budapest and return along the other side. It is a great river and a great ride. Fairly flat with a few hills here and there. Overall the paths are good. Buda is hilly while Pest is flat and fun to ride in. Best place was the Wachau valley. I did it in June and it was dry with a couple of rainy days during the 2 weeks in 2016.
