Would you open your Bibles to the first chapter of Nehemiah please? Please just leave that open on your lap. We’ll get to it in the course of my message.
I would have a hard time preaching this if I believe my own flesh telling me that I preached too much of a heavy message. There have been times I’ve been to the Lord and asked him can’t you give me a happy message? But I can’t. Now God may be speaking to me. This may not be for you. But it’s a call to anguish. Lord, if you don’t help me I can’t get through this. I can’t. Lord I’m too old for games. Foolishness. And I’m tired of rhetoric, meaningless rhetoric. It never changes things. Lord, just help me.
Folks, I’m tired of hearing about revival. I’m tired of hearing about awakenings, of Last Day outpourings of the Holy Spirit. I’ve heard that rhetoric for 50 years. Just rhetoric. No meaning whatsoever. I’m tired of hearing about people in the church who say they want their unsaved loved ones saved. I’m tired of hearing people say I’m concerned about my troubled marriage, when it’s just talk, rhetoric. I don’t want to hear any more talk about how immoral America has become, how godless our society, how corrupt our business. I’m tired of hearing about Islam taking control and Christians losing power. And how dead the church has become, because that too is rhetoric, meaningless. Away with all of our how-to conferences because they accomplish nothing. How to cope, how to build a bigger church, how to reach the lost, how to improve your people skills, and how to impact the world in this computer time. I look at the whole religious scene today and all I see are the inventions of ministries of man and flesh. It’s mostly powerless. It has no impact on the world. And I see more of the world coming into the church and impacting the church rather than the church impacting the world. I see the music taking over the house of God. I see entertainment taking over the house of God ... an obsession with entertainment in God’s house, a hatred of correction, and a hatred of reproof. Nobody wants to hear it anymore.

To anyone reading this and willing, please pray for my young son and I... My life has been turned upside down by a “man of God” who convinced me to leave a job I can’t go back to after convincing me he was going to marry me. He dumped me after I moved out of state for him. I’m struggling with a broken heart and crushed spirit.. amongst all the obstacles in the natural I now must weed through. I don’t have much family.

Tennessee doesn't have a hospice facility....but I'd rather have my baby brother here with me.

Pray for my family. Especially a son who was in back seat of a car hit by a drunk driver. By HIA stripes we are healed and made whole. I still believe 25 urs post that GODS hand will move .We have been in anguish. We are forsaken by many. We trust in our LORD and SAVIOR May we be in anguished prayer for each other.JESHUA HA MESHIAH bore our sickness and pain. HE is risen. I miss you David Wilkerson. Most of the ministers that DID NOT tickle our ears and spoke the absolute truth have gone on to be with the Lord. We are in the end of the age. I think that people do not understand the true Gospel and the sacrifice that goes along with service and living for God.
There are so many false teachers out there telling people how they are to be blessed and happy. Telling people that God wants them happy and prosperous.
WOLVES preparing people for hell.
These true sermons make people uncomfortable. They hold on to sins that they are being told are okay to hang on to. Being told, 'nobody's perfect you know'!!!
But The Truth is, TRUE REPENTANCE BRINGS CHANGE.
Maybe not all at once, but you KNOW that your walk with God is moving forward.
You KNOW that you are willing to give Him EVERYTHING. You understand about giving things up and walking away from ungodly worldly things. You seek to please and serve Jesus. You do not love the world. Neither do you love the things in the world.
You CANNOT be a friend of the world AND a friend of God at the same time. Friend with the world is EMNITY AGAINST GOD.
PERIOD. NO EXCUSES.
God will not accept EXCUSES. Don't fool ourselves.
QUIT MAKING EXCUSES.
PRAY FOR YOUR LOVED ONES.
PRAY FOR OTHER PEOPLE.
PRAY FOR THEIR SOULS.
PRAY FOR GOD ALMIGHTY TO OPEN THEIR EYES AND SOFTEN THEIR HEARTS.
HELL IS FOREVER.
PLEASE PRAY, PLEASE REACH OUT TO AND FOR THE LOST.

I have yet to find a pastor that preaches with conviction, as The Late David Wilkerson Did. All I hear is a watered down Gospel and I’m not able to stomach that. I will continue to pray for even a small core few who have not compromised The Gospel. Please pray that God will place me where these believers are and that it is His Will If I am to move out of the area where my family is. Devils should be Demons there is only one Devil , when it was translated in 1611 that is how they interpreted it , many blessings and The Lord help you and guide you in finding a place of worship and Gospel preaching in Spirit and Truth , amen *
ANGEL WINGS , I have yet to find a Church that doesn’t have their own agenda,. Many are Luke warm or they are caught up with The New Apostolic Reformation movement that’s is Mystical and focuses on angels, thrashing in the ground and speaking a new world into existence before Jesus can Return. Bethel in Redding Cali, Morningstar and IHOP have infiltrated most Spirit Filled Churches. I can’t stomach it!!! And God Calls us out of these Apostate Churches.
I’ve searched and searched, as many others have. Nothings out there in my State.
Yes truth, many false teachers out there. I do follow 3 that I very much believe are true teachers. I love listening to the sermons by Shane Idleman at Westside Christian Fellowship in Calif. VERY spirit led (he's on a small sabbatical but plenty of sermons online with him) I also really enjoy Dean Odle out of Alabama and Benjamin Faircloth out of Georgia. No sugar coating on those guys!

Love, Joy, Peace , Shane Idleman proudly boasts listening to Hillsong ( which teach a false gospel and condone homosexual relationships and homosexual singers that are married within the Worship. I can’t listen to a Non Discerning pastor! I know that Jesus would never condone Hillsong, Bethel ect. So another pastor added to my “Do Not Trust” and Will not watch list!
He’s just speaking the truth, something we all need to hear.

I too miss Pastor David. Now all we have are phony prophets who seem to hear from God just about every night with a new revelation that they will share with others if you give them enough money, buy their latest book, dvd, etc. Or the preachers that say if you give so many dollars you will be in this circle of people but if you give thousands you will be in my secret circle and get information the others members won't be privy to. I am sick of these so called church leaders cheating on their wives, lying, stealing $ from so many folks that really can't spare it while they (the church leaders) are on tv/radio/internet demanding money for healings or revelation messages. They are selling jewelry, specialty bibles where they have added to it or taken parts out. I'm tired of those prophets/preachers/churches using side show tactics to draw people in. Glitter from Heaven, angel feathers, laying in circles to open a portal to Heaven, heavy metal music, etc. I'm tired of the cheesy fake smiles, the "mega-churches", all the selfishness. How many Christians do you know of that fly in private jets? Or own 3 large mansions with swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. They look more like private resorts or Hollywood celebritie homes. How about those that are driven everywhere by limo or stay only in 5 star hotels during their travels. When did you ever see a true man of God with an entourage and body guards? David Wilkerson was an honest, sincere Christian who is now with Jesus. I only met him once at a crusade and when we talked he was so down to earth. He truly cared about what God wanted him to say and sharing the gospel, no holds barred so people wouldn't end up in hell was what he knew God wanted. You can share the truth, no matter how rough it may sound at times and still be sharing in absolute love. He is the only preacher I listen to now. I have God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and my bible and that is enough. I for one won't go to any of these phony churches. I will never trust these false prophets or send money to or purchase anything from these people. I'm sorry about the length of this but it breaks my heart to read about the apostles/disciples in the New Testament and see the decline of the Church, His Bride in these end times. . .
@@saltysoul1960 I totally agree with what you said...but we still need to be in fellowship with other true believers. There are still some good churches out there with pastors that preach the truth and care about the congregation and the lost. The Bible says not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together. We need each other. Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you to a spirit filled and led church...or find or start a house church. House churches are springing up again. There is still hope for the church.
Love David Wilkerson. If only more Assemblies of God were like him. The vast majority of them seem to have sold out to the world.

This was the one of the 1st sermons I had ever heard from Rev Wilkerson a few years ago, and I cried when I heard it then. As I am now. Thank you for reposting this again, it is so needed. Other than my Uncle, I am the only believer in my family and just heard that my family have all taken the "meds". I cried driving home yesterday. I am so glad this precious preacher is in Heaven now with our Savior. He would be in even more anguish over the world now.😪🙏😭
Reminds me of the famous message.."Sinners in the hands of an angry GOD" by Jonathan Edwards. Which brought people to their knees in tears and anguish. And repentance.

That verse no longer works in the last of these days. God has gave us so much time to Repent and yet so many have turned away and continued in their selfish sins and its only getting worse. The best we can do is pray and repent daily until Jesus comes and we are getting so close.

I'm pretty sure that pastor Carter went against Pastor Wilkerson's wishes and turned the church into a 501c3. He had pastor Carter promise he would never do that to his church when he passed.. but.... I'm almost certain it didn't take long before he did it. WHY? I don't know.... 😢😭

The Lord will do all He can to draw His people back to Him. America, our Almighty God in the old Covenant gave His prophets of old, in this new and everlasting Covenant of grace, once again He has given shepherds who carry His heart. David Wilkerson was one such man. A man who carried the spirit of Jeremiah who wept for God’s people. I live in Africa, I’m part of the household of God, who’s purpose is to restore the true gospel to the church of God - the gospel of the cross (of Jesus Christ and Him crucified), built on the foundation of the Apostolic doctrine. It’s not about preaching the letter but about allowing the Lord to deal with our own lives, to work His life in us daily, that we may be transformed into His glorious image. That we reach a lost and dying world, not with the letter of the gospel, but with the reality and testimony of what Christ has done and is still doing in our lives. Though Dave Wilkerson is gone to be with the Lord, what a grace to able to listen to his sermons.

I needed this. Father gave me this burden years ago, and I've shared it many times, but not walked it out in recent years. Ezra 9,Daniel 9, Nehemiah 9, and Ezekiel 9:4, Rev 9: 4. Father's ❤ with our rebellion and apostasy. His judgement will come, and what this man preached can stay the hand of God. Lev 26:40. Father does NOT want to chastise, but has to get our attention.
