This honestly was one of the most beautiful pieces of cinema I've ever seen, this very scene with the strobe effect gave me the most chills I've ever had in my body.

@grothita I have to agree. I'm not one to rewatch movies, really, but I keep coming back to this movie because of this scene. There is something magical in the connection they share in this scene. It's almost like a coming of age scene for Hit Girl in that her father has taught her all she needs to know and all of her training coming together. And the music... GOD the music....

Sitting in the cinema watching this movie I recognized the soundtrack instantly. This epic soundtrack first appears in Sunshine called "The Surface of the Sun". Because of creative ownership or some legal bullshit, the soundtrack of the movie never got released. THAT was Epic.

The music at 1:20 I just watched Kick-Ass and swore I had heard it before. Search for "65daysofstatic - Radio Protector" to listen to how this piece should be played. They've just ripped it off from that music. You won't be disappointed.

@Seneca34M Well, its not exactly the same. Listen to the two. There's only one part only really one part in the song that really sounds the same. This is more of an action packed version while the other one was more of a beautiful version. Its more like its been reinvented, its not better than the first version but not worse either.
