When I was in middle school in the mid/late 90s we did the knockout game but we would take the 10 deep breaths, then hold your breath and have someone push on your chest.
I did the same thing in that story, fell sideways and absolutely smacked the back of my head on the tile floor of the gym lobby. Out cold. Woke up feeling very "concussed" lol. Wasnt right the rest of the day.
