I just bought a 2011 335ix from my friend. Two door. He has had it since new. I drove it a week and it was amazing, but had to get it towed today cause the battery wasn't holding power and the coolant levels dropped fast. So, hearing you say to check the caps and hearing about your crack by the radiator was helpful. Hoping I get the news that it is an easy fix! Rock on bro. Beautiful car!

I love f30 platform with n55, personally think f30 is best bang for modern bmw right now, it think f30 msport is best looking 3 series right now, still looks very modern when compared to new g30 platform. (I have watched your earlier video when you first put your apex wheel setup on, along with your ‘full mods list’ video.) Thanks and be well!
Hey man really appreciate it!!🙌🏾 No rubbing issues with my setup while driving and going over bumps, but I did have slight rubbing at full lock while turning so probably I’d suggest going 235 tires instead of 245 in the front should fix that.

I started with the stage 1 tune and had it on for most of my ownership I only recently went stage 2+ and I’ll be posting the video of that process soon...the exhaust is a performance catback system from BMW and with this setup I should be high 300’s

We sold this a year ago unfortunately. It’s gonna be hard to find low mileage options especially considering these cars are 10+ years old. I would focus more on finding one that’s been maintained properly rather than low miles hope this helps👍🏾
It would be tough to say without knowing the exact condition of the car. However, that's not a bad price given the mileage and the current state of the used car market. The warranty can be an added benefit, but just make sure it actually covers everything and there are no hidden clauses.
@@MotoGearTV word bet that. Yea 2 owners in New York and Jersey for 10 years for 74k miles then sold to Maryland driver who ran up 33 k miles in 2 years.
You will find better deals if you purchase private party, however, dealerships like Carvana offer additional warranty options or have 7 day return policies if you don't like the vehicle.
I'd say that's a good price in todays market. However, true pricing will really depend on the overall condition of the car, accident history, mods, and maintenance. Those all play a big part in the final price after any negotiations. Definitely check KBB to see what prices are like in your area before making your decision 👍🏾.
Would need more information to answer that, it’s hard to say what’s better just based on the model or even the price….maintenance history, mileage, damage history etc all play a factor…I would say look at all those to make your decision hope this helps
There’s a bmw m235i 2015 I’m going to buy for 22k before taxes it has 125k miles on it but I carfaxed it and it seems to have been well maintained. Im not sure if it’s a good buy or not please give me anyones opinion
Like anything I do I would say do your research first, at that mileage parts tend to need replacement which may cost you more than the initial cost. If it’s modified I probably would stay away from it and rather you look for something stock with less miles even if you to pay a little more hope this helps✊🏾
It’s really going to depend on the condition of it, accidents, mods and maintenance will play a big part in the price and negotiations. I’d say check kbb to see what prices are like in your area
@@MotoGearTV thanks bro for the fast reply it’s a clean title he said has not been modded which was his words. At 100km he changed the water pump and thermostat. But will take a better look at the car.
Fitment was good no cutting, but I would say to make sure they are seated properly on the bumper before removing the double sided tape to make sure there's no gaps.
I think it all depends on the previous ownership history, do they have records of maintenance performed or if not have a mechanic or someone knowledgeable take a look at it before buying, always good to have a second opinion 👍🏾
May i ask why did you list this video under a 335i many may not understand what the i stands. the i stands for i drive system and that is not a 335i but it is still a nice car and i have a true 335i now for those of you that is about to buy one be reay for the cost of repairs this car does cost alot for any repairs must save money for repairs at the moment mine is at stage 3 i plan on keeping this car for alone time . One thing i recommend replace the charge pipe asap the oem charge pipe is trash and will eventually brake because it is plastic.
That information is incorrect. The "i" after model numbers stands for 'fuel injected' which refers to gas powered vehicles (335i). In comparison, the "d" is used for diesel engines such as the "335d". Please do the proper research before posting misinformation.
You can lower your temp just take off the engine beauty cover save at least 15 degrees oil temp ,It works ! BTW your dreaming on 15K for these cars 2022 Aug and there going for 18k and up unless you want a Molested one LOL !

Big I'm planning on getting a 335i which one is best to get the 54 or the 55
Depends on your goals N54 for the power and N55 for reliability
Just picked up the same car in April with 79k from the dealership whats the mileage on yours? Solid review picked up some good info
Nice congrats mine had 91k on it
I need that pop on mine 😩
Looking into getting one of these now. Is 10k$ too much for 100k miles? Thanks
Yo got a couple of question but too long to ask on here......how mi caan link up wid yuh got a 3251
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 sick!
If you have an e9X 6-speed 335i WITHOUT idrive you can expect to get premium resale as you are as close to analog as a modern BMW will ever get.
So does the 535i come with the same Plattform?? Cause I like the 535i better Cause of the size.. lol
I have the same car. And today it’s starting leaking coolant from the passanger side. Any suggestions?
Inspect the radiator and the hoses chances are one of them needs to be replaced
Yeah man. Nice 👌🏾
I just found a 2011 335i xi on the market with 76000miles for 12.5k should I go for it ? Btw thé video was very helpful thanks a lot bro 🙌🏼🔥
I'd say that's a good price in todays market. However, true pricing will really depend on the overall condition of the car, accident history, mods, and maintenance. Those all play a big part in the final price after any negotiations. Definitely check KBB to see what prices are like in your area before making your decision 👍🏾.
Hey man! I know this is probably not a usual question, but do you think a car seat would fit okay behind the drivers seat?
Space wise yes it can fit, but that’s all depending on how far back your driver’s seat is
@@MotoGearTV thanks for the quick reply, I'll probly need to take it with me on the test drive.
Which color for calipers? Is it just yellow or some type of gold
Just yellow duplicolor paint
How much horses does it hv
Bro I’m looking for a bumper for my 2011 335i where do you find yours
It came like that from factory it’s the m sport kit but you can probably find an aftermarket version on eBay
@@MotoGearTV thanks
Stuck between a 335 or g37 coupe
Both great cars just do your research on both, had a good experience with the 335i so far
I was thinking about getting an f30 2013 328i instead of an e90 335i… do you think it is worth it?
Would need more information to answer that, it’s hard to say what’s better just based on the model or even the price….maintenance history, mileage, damage history etc all play a factor…I would say look at all those to make your decision hope this helps
There’s a bmw m235i 2015 I’m going to buy for 22k before taxes it has 125k miles on it but I carfaxed it and it seems to have been well maintained. Im not sure if it’s a good buy or not please give me anyones opinion
Like anything I do I would say do your research first, at that mileage parts tend to need replacement which may cost you more than the initial cost. If it’s modified I probably would stay away from it and rather you look for something stock with less miles even if you to pay a little more hope this helps✊🏾
is it expensive to maintain if i keep it stock ??? plz someone let me know
It all depends, even stock cars need maintenance as well and if issues get neglected it can get pricey to fix.
There’s a 2011 335i e92 alpine white black interior with about 140k km for 12k. Do you think it is worth it?
It’s really going to depend on the condition of it, accidents, mods and maintenance will play a big part in the price and negotiations. I’d say check kbb to see what prices are like in your area
@@MotoGearTV thanks bro for the fast reply it’s a clean title he said has not been modded which was his words. At 100km he changed the water pump and thermostat. But will take a better look at the car.
Okay sure just check it out along with the other issues I mentioned in the video
How hard is it to change the plugs? Is that something that I can do in my garage?
Pretty simple once you have the right tools here’s a video I did changing them ruclips.net/video/0zNu2Kwrmdw/видео.html
Around how much do you spend on your maintenance and any other purchases?
Spent under $1000 on maintenance for the year and mods I added not sure but I have links for most of them in my description
for the front splitters , did you have to cut them at all to fit or was it a good fit ?
Fitment was good no cutting, but I would say to make sure they are seated properly on the bumper before removing the double sided tape to make sure there's no gaps.
Is a good idea to buy a 120k miles, 2 owners BMW 335i n55? please comment, thanks!
I think it all depends on the previous ownership history, do they have records of maintenance performed or if not have a mechanic or someone knowledgeable take a look at it before buying, always good to have a second opinion 👍🏾
What do you think about 335i coupe’s
Not bad either if that’s what you prefer…I’m more a fan of the sedan because of the shape and size
I’m lowkey thinking of selling my 328xi for a 335i daily driver but idk would it be worth it?
If you’re looking for more go for it, just do your research as I mentioned to find one that’s in decent shape👍🏾
Is it a straight pipe exhaust??
Hi-flow downpipe with M performance exhaust
Is this the first year of the n55? I thought these were n54cars
For the e90 335i 2011 was the only year it came with an N55
Hey is yours automatic with paddles or manual?
Automatic with paddles
Dang got the same exhaust setup as my girlfriend's 2011 bmw 335xi
It's really the perfect match for this car!
Should I buy one 120k miles ?
Sure once you've checked it out and you're aware of the issues that may exist
Whats ur burble duration at?
I referenced the details in the video go to 9:20 where I mentioned it
Is it manual? Or auto?
It's auto.
Whats ur burble duration timing
Like 1 second
Whats the mileage on the car now bro??
Not sure but I sold it at 92k miles
@@MotoGearTV you SOLD IT????? COME ON BROOOO
I know man but all for a good cause be sure to check out our other videos to see what we've been up to since then👍🏾
You can lower your temp just take off the engine beauty cover save at least 15 degrees oil temp ,It works ! BTW your dreaming on 15K for these cars 2022 Aug and there going for 18k and up unless you want a Molested one LOL !
Good thing I got mine way before the market went crazy 😂
@@MotoGearTV same here got a a e93 71,000 one year ago for 17K and I added a warranty to it so it's not a money pit LOL
