Can we talk about how mark cleaned 4 walls while jack was still cleaning that bench. 😂😂😂😂
I noticed that too, however, I feel like Mark is using the fully upgraded/unlocked power-washer, while Jack still has the starter one.
If you watch Mark's vs Jack's, Mark can shoot further, has a wider spread (hehe), and it looks like he can clean graffiti at the same time as washing the grime clean.
😂😂
Nah I've played the game. The bench was seriously tricky. Lots of hooks and crannies for dirt to hide in. The walls were a lot simpler
to be fair there were a bunch of angles to clean on that one 😂
Yea mark has the most expensive power washer (and the most powerful) with soap, concrete cleaners, upgraded nozels, longer nozels.
I used to watch Mark and Jack every day when I came home from school. After, I found myself drifting away from them like old friends. The Powerwash series got me back into it recently, and hearing Mark say "I've wondered to myself if I should quit" really broke my heart, cuz then I wouldn't have had this old friend to come back to and all this nostalgia to relive. It's great to see these two are still getting along as well

48:35 When “In Space With
Markiplier” came out and i experienced it i went back to all the other amazing stories told by mark. I saw how in “A Date With Markiplier” it was very low budget and with a group of friends that it made me ambitious to start my own film project. I get inspired my Mark every-time a new project comes out and im very grateful for finding his channel many years ago. He saved me from a dark time and keeps me inspired to follow my dreams and ambitions. Thank you mark.
As much as I do miss the "old Markiplier and Jacksepticeye", content like this where the two are just having a mature talk about their audience, life, job, struggles, morals and opinions could've never come from the hyper Sean and Mark from the previous decade. I've been watching both of you for close to that (probably started around 2015), and I can say that they have both grown exponentially. A lot of what they've said here is very relatable and cool to see. I still look for the channels that can connect with their viewers on more than an acquaintance or monetary level. As much as you both state you don't hold that connection, you really do, just as any celebrity you have influence over lives. No better example than MatPat's recent retirement, the internet was in shock, people literally mourned his retirement like he died, simply because he made a difference in so many hearts. Regardless of how disconnected you can feel from your fans, the words and actions you say and perform can affect them mentally, which by proxy can affect them physically. Like you even stated with TikTok not being capable of this relationship between creator and audience, that is very true and it goes for every one of these "short form social media" sites, except maybe Vine (RIP). TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and RUclips Shorts all have the same issue, the content isn't enticing enough to make a watcher explore the channels.
Most the videos I see on RUclips Shorts are enticing, I like the content and the creators are interesting, and maybe they appear in my recommendations a handful of times afterwards, but I heard this line and I don't remember where but it's a great question: can you remember a single creator's name that you've viewed on a short form social media site? The person I heard this from had asked others, most the people they asked couldn't name a single one. I know so many creators I've seen multiple times on RUclips Shorts, and I don't even remember their channel's initials. The bond between audience and creator is non-existent. Another good example is viewing their long-form videos compared to their Shorts. The long-form videos from these mainly Shorts creators always have VERY low view counts, even when the channel has millions of subscribers the long-form videos are usually between 5k-50k views which is awful for a channel that successful. There isn't a motivation to look into a creator, short form content just can't do it. Vine was really the only one I'd say that could, since many of those creators were memorable, and made successful jumps to other platforms, like Thomas Sanders or Zach King.

6:30 the main reason their channels haven’t fizzled out and died is mainly due to the very loyal and huge fanbase they have slowly built up. Man, i’ll tell you, i’ve gone through phases where i’ve watched mark and sean-a year or two on, a year or two off-but honestly, the good thing about youtube is that i can find my favorite creators again and i can usually depend on them to be honest and always fun (like mark and sean.) i realize this puts pressure on creators, and i dont mean to, but the creators i grew up with got me through really really dark nights and they comfort me like a good song or childhood movie. they’re like old friends i can go see any time i want :) i usually go on youtube but tiktok is nice for a change of pace and i want to get into twitch
I really just watched a hour of you cleaning and talking to jack definitely worth it now I’m gonna watch your podcast
Which one?
This is such a good fucking idea, making a podcast to just talk about life with people that rarely get the chance to do so is incredible. I would love to see where Mark takes this, who he has on and stuff
I mean…. Mark, Bob and Wade have the distractible podcast
@@steph8030593 Yeah but it's always just the 3 of them. With this we can finally see Mark interact with many others Creator from all kind of content instead of staying on his comfort zone friend group like always.
@@Salmagros and just powerwash while talking
@@steph8030593 Yeah, and i love it, but they don't really talk about stuff in the same way, you know what i mean? This feels more like a conversation about life
The fact that this seems more like two friends on a late night chat just sharing their days and thoughts… it’s so genuine and sweet. You can definitely tell Sean and Mark have a high regard for quality time in regard to friendships
E
New podcast/RUclips expansion idea: On one of your next Distractable podcast episodes you, Bob, and Wade should announce that you are doing a RUclips exclusive episode of the podcast on each of your channels and do PowerWash Sim for it. It will give you all a good opportunity to bring people from the podcast to your YT but also to bring people from your YT to the podcast. ;)
Listening to your prospective on comments good or bad was interesting. But from mine to yours I’ve grown up having you on my feed, picking up traits of your personality because I was so young watching your stuff. I’m 18 almost 19 now, and I still yearn for the chance to give you my compliments. You’re one of the greatest role models I’ve ever had in my life, and even if your prospective on compliments from fans have changed. I never will change the appreciation I have for you. I feel when someone compliments your actions good or bad they may just be offering their appreciation over the years of watching you in one small way. You’ve become a genuine mark on history for a lot of people, and when I look back at what I call simple times and the Golden years, your channel always comes to mind. Thank you for all of the content you’ve provided to bring me out of the darkest years, and make some of my most mundane boring days have remotely some amount of motivation and happiness.
"I'm totally not brainwashed by Markiplier and would definitely NOT follow him off of a cliff" (unless that cliff was on mars)
So… if we say that… then we’re not brainwashed my Markiplier, but if we don’t say that, does it mean we are? But if we aren’t brainwashed, we wouldn’t need to say that we are not, but then that would prove that we are because he asked us to do it, but by saying that, we shouldn’t be… … … error…
@Kavetion ok good for you mr dumb dumb
I mean I'd disagree with Mark opinions if it's different than mine but I'll jump of a cliff if he told me to
What if it was like… a pretty cliff? Like just a nice-looking cliff? With a good view? Oh, doesn’t that sound nice???
Just wanted to point out I like the little border. It switches to red for Mark's view and green for Jack's view and goes around their beutiful mugs.
It's such a little detail but gives so much character to the video of Mark and Jack just blabbering about their feelings.
I feel so much with you both. Been watching you since 8 years now and really, your words mean so much for me, and video games just mean so much for me, and the way you bring me into these worlds and make me laugh really changed me as a person.
@Kavetion I reported you for promoting terrorism…because it’s true.
@Kavetion can you prove that?
Also to show what screen you looking at
I love that the link to Sean's channel takes you to the Distractible podcast is such a Mark thing to do
It's really interesting to hear you talk about people deifying creators, and how that can go to someones head. Sometimes i have to check myself when i get really into someone's content to make sure i'm remembering that they're as human as I am, imperfect, and have as much potential for good or evil as anyone else
“tell everyone i’m not brainwashing you”
me, who has spent a total of 4hrs drawing mark and listening to his videos: 😃
this is too relatable, i am drawing rn while watching this haha
@@TechnoShyeon i finally finished after five whole hours lmao, i’ve listened to a lot of distractible and youtube 😅
@@gothzu this is an absolute mood, also love ur pfp!
@@TechnoShyeon Same
@Kavetion yeah well i live inside you forever with satan himself by my side
When Sean said he started playing with Lego to satisfy his ADHD brain, I felt that because I’ve been doing the same thing for my entire life and never really thought about why building Lego satisfied that itch.
Edit: I have been informed that it is LEGO and not LEGOS
Heh you wish
@Kavetion Ok
And then we buy too much and then have a space issue
Honestly though! I don't know if you feel the same, but I personally find it super relaxing as well. So easy to have your own controlled environment where you can just build what your brain feels like building
I felt the same, theres just something so satisfying about building and then displaying the set. it leaves me penniless but its worth it
Sincerely, this cheered me up so much. I've been doing a lot of mental contemplation recently and it's been extremely tiring both mentally and emotionally, and this definitely helped me destress, thanks guys ☺️
I would absolutely love to see more episodes like this. Loved the conversation
This is genuinely so chill to watch, it’s like listening to a podcast of just them two talking. No better game that they could’ve collaborated on.
day 2 of asking just some guy without a mustache to grow a mustache
You really do put 0 effort in these meta comments to attract likes don’t you?
VN good 👍 good 👍 I just got done with the job I got 🗿🏟🌋⛺️
Да я так тоти не против)
Bro the video just released, you haven't watched any of it yet. This comment farm account is honestly kind of annoying at this point. I miss Justin Y :(
This was so relaxing it's unreal.
Oh I'm gonna love this series. Distractible is too quiet for me to listen to at work, but I can't watch videos, because work. This is perfect because I don't wanna watch power washing but I am so here for the conversation ❤️❤️❤️
holy shit. Power Wash with Jack and Mark is the series we didn't expect but definitely needed.
These bots just keep getting worse
The bots just keep getting lower huh
@@matchstyx4866 In order to get on his level I would need 2 things. A pair of cinder block shoes, and a boat the the Mariana Trench
Finally, after so long… *It’s genuinely platonic Mark and Jack time yet again*
@xrrxy vvoi I live for that kind of energy
@xrrxy vvoi You just copy pasted that comment. Couldn’t you have at least paraphrased it???
@xrrxy vvoi you just went "today I'm gonna be weird and copy and paste a top comment" and then slept like a baby didn't you?
@xrrxy vvoi you copied the top comment. You couldn’t even make it less obvious?
@xrrxy vvoi "oo I'm gunna copy a top comment and be cool and hip and no one is gunna know >:)"
This conversation is super helpful for me, especially as a smaller content creator. 💖 I appreciate how both Mark and Sean are transparent and open. I try to be the same as much as I can.
I love you two, you were there, putting up videos that helped me through shitty times and I wish I could be there like I was to watch all your videos, but I work too much and when I’m not working I’m mostly sleeping, you two will always be in my heart as my friends even though you don’t know who I am, thank you
Mark: Boxing is Dangerous
Also Mark: I bet I could take a trolly
Mark whole personality in a nutshell
Yup
@Kavetion how?
@@michaelkarlin3727 spambot, read the replies to any comment and they're flooded with things like "markiplier's niece is burning in hell" "techno is in hell" "I'm better than markiplier because his niece is dead", etc. and RUclips won't do shit about it
@@midnight1844 yeah and the they should especially for Technoblade
This feels like overhearing two friends doing therapy or just talking is nice it reminds me of the fact that this isn't just a screen those are humans and i like it, it's nice
I’ve been a fan of mark since literally 2012 and it’s so crazy how much the both of us have changed and it’s so cool and I love it! it’s so fun.
I’ve been trying to genuinely change what my tiktok algorithm is giving me Becuase I’ve wanted to join other communities who love to use tiktok to give fast information and I literally can’t get them to come up to save my life
for some reason this inspired to go to at h the last few creative youtube rewinds they so i can catch a glimpse of the creators i love today in the middle of their journey years ago, i teared up. so much has happen and so much time has passed it’s insane.
I didn't start watching Markiplier until a few months ago, because he usually focuses a lot on horror and I know myself to be a coward so I didn't think I could handle it. But his style of videos surprised me, not so much that they were unique, but in a way that was so comfortable, like we're all just a big friend group watching him play games at a sleepover. He had me actively searching for things I wouldn't have tried otherwise. New fan or old fan, I think it's cool to see where Mark's head is at and he views not only himself, but what he does, and what it does for the people around him
honestly same
Yeah! I’ve been watching for years and years and it’s always been this way. Welcome!! 🎉 Mark’s a good human being and introspection’s always been common on this channel. Watching him develop as I develop has been an amazing experience and I hope you find joy in his non-horror content! 😄
This is a beautifully realized perspective, thank you for sharing :)
Oh my god, same. I can't stand horror 'cause I easily get scared, but I tune in his videos from time to time if it's not horror.
as someone who's been watching mark since i was in 5th grade (now a sophmore in college) i want to say welcome !! i hope you enjoy marks videos just as much as i do and that you continue to support our big man child that is markiplier xD
