@@engvidBenjamin Also, I'm happy to report that these past two weeks, I've been able to get up at 5 am, walk outside (boy the air is so fresh!), feed my sister's 12 cats, feed stray cats, have a bit of conversation with the cats (ha!) and my neighbours. I'm so happy I could get up in the morning again. After having been laid off of work years ago, my morning schedule has been out of whack. Now, slowly I'm getting back to it. Your video is one of those that motivates me and the idea of getting some fresh air and the scene of you, the mist and the ponies must have gotten into my subconscious as I admit, firsr time I heard it I was a bit sceptic albeit inspired. Perhaps with this morning routine hence the structure, I'll be able to find my purpose again and go for it!
Its interesting how the right video can pop up in your recommended at the right time (even though I'm a native English speaker somehow this found me). Recently I've been a bit discouraged and unmotivated. I've been planning a move from California to Florida since 2020. The past year many issues popped up and it seemed like everything I planned (personal, financial) was not going the way I'd hoped. Stress and disappointment to the point I almost feel like sitting here and not even trying to ready my house to sell and finding it hard to get excited about the new home I'm building. Your short motivational video helped. Nothing is going to change if I give up and stay put. Even if its uncomfortable at the moment I have to keep working towards that new life in Florida. It will be worth it because with some effort and pushing myself out of my comfort zone I can make it worth it. I can't let the disappointments win. I knew all this, it just helps to hear it from another source sometimes. Thanks Benjamin.

Being in contact with nature first thing in the morning to clear your mind, leave your comfort zone, accept new challenges every time, help truly others and care for them will make you feel happier and grow up and as a person and get fulfilled by. Yeah...I was expected to get off on the horse's right side, but I did that on the other side. Presumably, It felt some itch and bit me with his enormous teeth, Fortunately, the bite didn't reach its aim and just caused a slight bruise on my left thigh!
