on the way to 100k, YardBrah has been doing content for awhile and having positive vibes. Hate on yardbrah for what it's worth to you but the content keeps coming.
Story. So I worked wholesale parts at a dealer custom and body shop cars 65+ hours a week. Lost my job to Covid, son was born June we closed in July and 8 months later no job stress if it wasn’t for Yard Bra while home with my son 24-7. While my wife is a nurse so she was terrified of Covid I had time to shut down from the stress with lawn care. It’s my way of shutting off from reality. I’m now part time at a big box store working around wife’s schedule and my sons school and I wouldn’t want it any other way money can be replaced not memories. That you for coming back YB!!!!
I love it! Thank you for sharing that’s awesome! 😊 thank you for the continued support we are gonna have an amazing season my friend! 😊🙏🏾🤙🏾🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I wish I had weather like you, I’m under 5 feet of snow. But as soon as I can I will be doing the same. It all depends on the weather. Thanks brother I appreciate the video. I’m can’t wait to get back into it
Love your videos by the way ! Thought I would say something about the sidewalk. If you really want the lawn to pop having a bright clean sidewalk helps. I use Bleach and a wire scrub brush. Kills spores and other things while giving you a bright clean sidewalk that lasts for a while.
Thank you! Yeah I pressure wash every year usually before summer when the lawn is looking crazy good! I'll have to try bleach for sure! Thanks for the tip! 😊🤙🏾🙏🏾🔥
@yardbrah your a maniac 😂😂😂😂, So happy to have you back, I wish you would of said something about your CT there is a easy fix without cutting anything👍🏾
I’m on a very similar pnw “spring” regiment. Would you consider going allett sterling to replace tank? Combine the verticutter machine with grasscutting machine
Let's go PNW! You know I'm leaning towards more US made golf course style greens mowers... but if a used allett springs up you bet i'll be the first in line to buy one! 😊🤙🏾🙏🏾🔥
Aye Mel! Yes def a good thing to do! I'm gonna do another Verticut very soon... you can never verticut too much I never listen to "traditional" ways of lawn care... that's some old school way of thinking we in the new world 😂🙏🏾🤙🏾🔥
There you go! 😂 yeah it seems like a lot of the cool season peeps have a couple weeks left 😩 even here it’s in the upper 20° at night… it’s almost time 😊🔥🙏🏾🤙🏾
interesting. I did a first cut last week when it was warm, and now stared at all of the moss wondering what the F i was going to do. I dont have verticutter...ill prob just hit it with a rake. keep it up my pnw brah
What I need to do is get a real core aerator and pull some actual plugs this year… I’ve been using the roll aerator not many plugs come up 🤦🏾♂️😂😊🔥🤙🏾🙏🏾
It looks different for sure!!! We are a little different up here aren't we?! My grass has been growing lately I got some weeds and moss to battle as well! Nice work bro!
@@YardBrah I am definitely jumping on it here in the next week or so looking at the weeds and the moss is driving me crazy almost as crazy as that Augusta national GC superintendent I worked for, ol corn pop, he was a bad dude
Good to see your videos again! Did you get a chance to try the substane 18-1-8 at all, looking to get some for the first application on my lawn in spring
@YardBrah I break up the applications to twice yearly due to the amount of pounds I have to put down. There's a calculation I'm drawing a blank on. But its a lot of lime if you compare it to the amount of fertilizer we put down.
@@dollarvan13 Ok cool I do a little more research I normally put down an entire bag in the front and another bag in the bag just to keep the ph balance but never have gone up in lime application! I'll look into it! 😊🤙🏾🙏🏾🔥
Yes blades is for scarifying/verticutting tines is for dethatching/power raking 😊 honestly wish I would have known this sooner It is a major game changer verticutting! 😊🤙🏾🙏🏾🔥
I have a bunch of dead spots in the yard from the winter I think most of those are where it was overgrown with crab grass. Would dethatching then putting down some fresh grass seed help to keep that unwanted crab grass from returning or is there a better process?
I would def spray the entire lawn with tenacity to prevent future crabgrass and then just seed the whole lawn at the same time that way everything is uniform. Never a bad idea to overseed! 😊
Brah, have you had any issues with your sunjoe not starting or tines not spinning? I did a verticut this morning and able to get some work done, but went to work on my curb and caput, sunjoe not starting. Only had mine for 2yrs, dang. I'm about to purchase the 15in version the AJ805E. Curious to hear about your experience of issues or any doable repairs done. Keep up the great work! 👏👏🤙🤙
Hey that’s not good! I purchased mine used and the previous owner had it for YEARS! No issues so far works amazing! I’m looking at getting the cordless Sunjoe soon so I don’t have to mess with the cords 😊🤙🏾🙏🏾🔥🔥🔥

This summer I will be killing all the grass and starting over with Twin City Seed all perennial rye grass! 😊🤙🏾🙏🏾🔥
Be careful with all the verti-cutting you do, I see triv in that lawn here and there and you'll spread that stuff like wild by continuously cutting the stolons.
Oh no worries I had a bad triv problem last season but not anymore I use prograss ec herbicide keeps all poa at bay … I verticut monthly and still no triv 😊👊🏾🤙🏾
How do you know when is moss and in what level you have the sunjoe.. the wife goes why are you putting chicken poop again not even the cats want to be in our yard like I said is better like that you don’t step on any cat dodo
