Boeing's newest eco demonstrator takes off to perform some tests at Paine Field.
👍Gotta love the paint job on this specimen. THAT Diesel Eight passing in the background is the N817NA. The venerable NASA owned McDonnell Douglas DC8-72. Serial #46082. Line# 458. Powered by 4X CFM International CFM56-2C1. Based @ Neil A. Armstrong flight reaserch center, Edwards AFB. I personally know 2 NASA pilots who have since retired a few years ago. A dream & easy to fly only needing a lite finger touch.

That is one ugly livery. I don't see the point of using this livery. Put on the usual United one or even the merger colors as a throwback. Great job filming it though! Well done!
