Love your channel! It helped me visualize that it’s possible to run the kind of small business model that I want to run! Questions: what timeline do you provide your buyers as far as order processing goes? 5-10 business days, etc. and how do you offer sizes since it’s made to order? Thank you! 😬
Thank you! I give a 1-2 week time frame for orders to be shipped out! As far as sizes, I have standard sizes for people to choose from but if someone is above/below those or even in between some, then they just send me measurements and I make everything accordingly :)

I always ask you questions about fabric haha. I found a sustainable source for fabric and had to share with you! Its called Kendor, they're in Canada but ship to US also. I'm waiting on swatches so haven't tried it yet, but their customer service has been amazing and they're big into sustainable fabrics (Tencel, bamboo, organic cotton). MOQ of only 10 meters, 5 for samples :)

Hopefully, Kendor will open up shipment to Australia soon. I'm envious of all the option Canadians and Americans have. Mine is pretty limited and none I've come across is good enough. Could recommend something if you know Lauren?

I use a Janine Magnolia 7330 for sewing and my serger is a Juki MO 623 :)
